Arusberita.id – Kepala Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara Bambang Susantono mengatakan, Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) akan menjalankan fungsi pemerintah daerah khusus (pemdasus) mulai tahun ini.
Hal tersebut diungkapkan Bambang dalam acara Rapat Koordinasi Nasional (Rakornas) IKN di Grand Ballroom Kempinski, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (14/3/2024).
“Tahun ini Nusantara akan melaksanakan fungsi penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah khusus,” kata Bambang, Kamis.
Oleh karena itu, pihaknya memohon dukungan pada kementerian/lembaga (K/L) serta pemerintah daerah untuk bekerja sama dengan otorita IKN.
Menurutnya melalui sinergi dan kolaborasi yang kuat, IKN akan mampu menjadi kota yang holistik dan mengusung keberlanjutan (sustainable).
“Kita dapat menggabungkan keahlian sumber daya dan pengalaman dari berbagai sektor untuk menciptakan solusi yang holistik dan keberlanjutan atau sustainable demi keberlanjutan kelancaran penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah khusus IKN,” ungkapnya.
Lebih lanjut ia menegaskan, otorita IKN akan berbeda dengan otorita Batam. “Kami seringkali diproyeksikan sama dengan otorita Batam, tentu ini jauh sangat berbeda,” jelasnya.
Sebagai informasi, pembangunan IKN sudah sampai pada peletakan batu pertama atau groundbreaking tahap kelima dengan total Rp 49,6 triliun.
Sementara hingga groundbreaking keempat yang dilaksanakan pada Januari 2024, realisasi investasi di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) mencapai Rp 47,5 triliun.
Adapun investasi yang berasal hanya dari investor swasta hampir menyentuh Rp 36 triliun, atau tepatnya Rp 35,9 triliun.
Sementara, realisasi investasi yang berhasil dicapai sepanjang tahun 2023 adalah sebesar Rp 41,4 triliun. Pada tahun 2024 ini, OIKN menargetkan bisa meraih investasi swasta dan publik sebesar Rp 100 triliun baik dari investasi publik maupun swasta.
Investasi publik bisa berasal dari Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), hingga lembaga non-pemerintah.
