Arusberita.id – Pemerintah melalui Badan Pangan Nasional/National Food Agency (NFA) memastikan stok pangan aman dan pergerakan harga wajar saat pada semester II dan kuartal III 2023 usai melakukan pengecekan komoditas pangan di Pasar Sederhana, Kota Bandung.
“Mayoritas pangan berada di harga yang sesuai dan tidak terpaut jauh dengan Harga Acuan Penjualan (HAP) atau Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET) yang telah ditetapkan NFA,” kata Kepala NFA Arief Prasetyo Adi sebagaimana dikutip dari keterangannya di Jakarta, Jumat (14/7/2023).
Arief mengatakan, berdasarkan hasil pengecekan, ketersediaan pangan mencukupi dan aman serta untuk harga pangan juga relatif stabil di harga yang wajar.
Secara rinci, kondisi harga pangan strategis dan perbandingannya dengan HAP adalah daging sapi tercatat Rp 120.000-Rp 140.000/kg (HAP yang ditetapkan NFA Rp 140.000/kg), daging ayam ras Rp 42.000/kg (HAP Rp 36.750/kg), telur ayam Rp 32.000/kg (HAP Rp 27.000/kg).
Lalu beras SPHP Rp9.450/kg, beras premium Rp 14.000/kg (HET Rp 13.900/kg), cabai merah keriting Rp 40.000/kg (HAP Rp 37.000-55.000/kg), cabai rawit merah Rp 32.000/kg (HAP Rp 40.000-57.000/kg), bawang merah Rp 32.000/kg (HAP Rp 36.500-41.500/kg), bawang putih Rp 40.000/kg, minyak goreng (Minyakita) Rp 16.000/liter (HAP Rp 14.000/liter) dan gula konsumsi Rp 15.000/kg (HAP Rp 13.500-Rp 14.500/kg).
“Hampir keseluruhan, sekitar 75 persen harga komoditas pangan strategis masih sesuai atau tidak terpaut jauh dengan HAP, itu artinya stok dan keseimbangan harga relatif masih terkendali,” tuturnya.
Kendati demikian, ia berpesan beberapa komoditas harus mendapat perhatian khusus, karena harganya masih terpantau tinggi seperti minyak goreng Minyakita.
“Untuk menjaga stabilitas harga Minyakita, kita sudah minta Perum Bulog Kantor Wilayah Jawa Barat untuk tambah stok dan pasokan Minyakita ke pasar-pasar di Jabar, khususnya Kota Bandung,” ucapnya.
Ia mengatakan, untuk daging ayam dan telur ayam, saat ini NFA sedang melakukan kontrol agar terbentuk harga kesetimbangan baru yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi biaya produksi saat ini.
“Dengan harga wajar di setiap lini, maka petani dan peternak bisa terus berproduksi dengan demikian ketersediaan akan terjaga,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, menanggapi kondisi harga pangan di Kota Bandung, Deputi Kepala Perwakilan BI Jawa Barat Bambang Pramono mengakui minyak goreng masih menjadi salah satu komoditas pangan penyumbang inflasi di Kota Bandung.
Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pihaknya akan meningkatkan pemantauan stok sekaligus bersama Bulog rutin melaksanakan Gerakan Pangan Murah (GPM). Adapun, Kota Bandung merupakan salah satu daerah dengan tingkat pengendalian inflasi terbaik.
Pada Juni 2023 ini inflasi Kota Bandung berada di angka 3,28 persen atau berada di bawah angka inflasi nasional.
