Arusberita.id – Pembangunan infrastruktur pada masa kepemimpinan Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) dalam 10 tahun, khususnya jalan tol terasa dampaknya di masyarakat. Selain meningkatkan konektivitas, jalan tol diyakini dapat menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia.
Pembangunan infrastruktur yang tidak merata menjadi perhatian khusus setelah adanya ketimpangan di berbagai daerah. Dahulu, pusat perekonomian hanya ada di kota besar, biaya logistik tinggi dan kriminalitas turut membayangi.
Pembangunan infrastruktur pun digencarkan agar memberikan kesempatan yang adil bagi siapapun, karena itu merupakan modal dasar bagi kemajuan Indonesia.
“Jadi, pembangunan itu berentetan ke mana-mana, tidak hanya berfungsi untuk satu, tetapi akan berentetan ke mana-mana,” ucap Presiden Jokowi.
Hasil pembangunan infrastruktur berdasarkan waktu tempuh dan kemantapan jalan dari 2015 hingga 2023 berdasarkan data Kementerian PUPR sebagai berikut:
– Waktu tempuh 2,7 jam per 100 km dan kemantapan jalan 89,36 persen pada 2015
– Waktu tempuh 2,64 jam per 100 km dan kemantapan jalan 89,38 persen pada 2016
– Waktu tempuh 2,56 jam per 100 km dan kemantapan jalan 90,35 persen pada 2017
– Waktu tempuh 2,4 jam per 100 km dan kemantapan jalan 91,9 persen pada 2018
– Waktu tempuh 2,3 jam per 100 km dan kemantapan jalan 92,61 persen pada 2019
– Waktu tempuh 2,16 jam per 100 km dan kemantapan jalan 91,3 persen pada 2020
– Waktu tempuh 2,22 jam per 100 km dan kemantapan jalan 91,81 persen pada 2021
– Waktu tempuh 2,2 jam per 100 km dan kemantapan jalan 92,2 persen pada 2022
– Waktu tempuh 2,16 jam per 100 km dan kemantapan jalan 94,18 persen pada 2023
Selain itu, infrastruktur jalan tol juga memunculkan peluang ekonomi baru, membuka lapangan pekerjaan dan bisa menekan waktu dan biaya logistik. Daya saing daerah juga meningkat dan dapat menggaet investor.
Sekjen Asosiasi Perusahaan Jasa Pengiriman Ekspres Indonesia (Asperindo) Trian Yuserma menyebut bahwa biaya pengiriman logistik di Indonesia saat ini sudah semakin murah, termasuk dibandingkan dengan negara-negara di ASEAN. Hal ini salah satunya tidak terlepas dari masifnya pembangunan infrastruktur selama pemerintahan Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin.
“Pastilah (murah), ya karena infrastruktur itu bagian penting dari proses kelancaran arus barang yang cepat, tepat, dan aman. Idealnya idealnya itu membawa manfaat buat kita semua,” ujar Sekjen Asperindo Trian Yuserma.
