Arusberita.id – Lembaga Indikator Politik Indonesia merilis survei kepuasan publik atas kinerja Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi). Di bulan ini, tren kepuasan publik terhadap kinerja Jokowi meningkat menjadi 79,3%.
Survei yang dilakukan usai debat ketiga pilpres yakni periode 10-16 Januari 2024. Survei melibatkan 1.200 orang dari seluruh provinsi Indonesia.
Survei dilakukan dengan metode wawancara tatap muka. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode multistage random sampling dengan toleransi kesalahan sekitar 2,9 % dan tingkat kepercayaan 95%.
“16,3% mengatakan sangat puas, 62,5% merasa cukup puas, kalau digabungkan 79,3%. Sedangkan yang merasa kurang puas ada 17,2% dan tidak puas sama sekali 2,4%, mereka yang tidak jawab sedikit sekali yakni 1,1%,” kata Hendro dalam rilis yang digelar virtual, Sabtu (20/1/2024).
Hendro mengatakan jika dilihat secara tren, angkat kepuasan itu meningkat dibandingkan dengan survei Desember 2023 yang menyatakan 77% dan kini naik menjadi 79,3% dalam kurun waktu sebulan. Hendro mengatakan tren kepuasan kinerja Jokowi mulai meningkat sejak Agustus 2023.
“Kalau kita lihat dibanding survei sebelumnya ada Desember, maka terjadi peningkatan dari 77% ke 79%, dalam waktu kurang lebih 1 bulan,” ujar Hendro.
“Kalau kita lihat ke belakang sedikit, itu trennya naik terus ya sejak Agustus 2023 mulai ke atas dan sekarang memuncak 79%,” lanjutnya.
Hendro mengatakan secara demografi, mayoritas responden yang puas dengan kinerja Jokowi yakni etnis Betawi, Sunda, dan Bugis. Terutama di wilayah Banten dan Jawa Barat.
“Mayoritas puas atas kinerja Presiden Joko Widodo, tingkat kepuasan lebih rendah pada kelompok etnis Betawi, Sunda dan Bugis, terutama di wilayah Banten dan Jawa Barat,” ucap Hendro.
