Arusberita.id – Presiden Joko Widodo secara resmi meluncurkan digitalisasi layanan perizinan penyelenggaran event dalam rangka mempercepat proses perizinan di Indonesia. Acara peluncuran tersebut diselenggarakan di The Tribrata Darmawangsa, Jakarta, pada Senin, 24 Juni 2024.
Dalam sambutannya, Presiden Jokowi mengapresiasi adanya sistem perizinan penyelenggaraan event yang terintegrasi atau online single submission (OSS). Digitalisasi proses perizinan tersebut diharapkan mampu memberikan kemudahan pengurusan izin bagi para penyelenggara acara.
“Betul-betul memberikan kepastian jauh-jauh hari sebelumnya, betul-betul memotong birokrasi kita sehingga munculnya adalah sebuah cost yang lebih murah dan lebih terbuka, transparan,” kata Presiden.
Meski telah ada digitalisasi, Presiden Jokowi menekankan pentingnya manajemen perencanaan penyelenggaraan event baik oleh pihak penyelenggara dan pemerintah. Pengajuan perizinan, menurut Presiden sebaiknya dilakukan jauh lebih awal sebelum acara terselenggara.
“Ini saya minta juga kepada penyelenggara event itu mengajukannya jauh-jauh bulan sebelumnya, enam bulan sebelumnya, setahun sebelumnya, mengajukan izin dulu. Artinya itu ada perencanaan yang baik, manajemen perencanaan yang baik kapan event itu diselenggarakan,” lanjutnya.
Dengan perencanaan seperti itu, Kepala Negara meyakini para penyelenggara dapat mempromosikan acara secara lebih luas. Apalagi, beberapa proses perizinan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama.
“Pemerintah, jajaran pemerintah juga, tadi disampaikan oleh Pak Kapolri, totalnya bisa disampaikan hanya dalam waktu 14 hari dari beberapa perizinan tadi sehingga penyelenggara bisa mempromosikan event-nya, bisa menjual tiketnya dengan baik,” imbuhnya.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Presiden juga mengatakan bahwa penyelenggaraan event dalam skala nasional maupun internasional dapat berdampak positif bagi negara. Presiden mencontohkan seperti Qatar yang mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi negara dengan menyelenggarakan Piala Dunia pada tahun 2022 lalu.
“Piala Dunia Tahun 2022 di Qatar itu bisa membangkitkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Qatar dari yang tahun sebelumnya hanya 1,5 persen melompat menjadi 4,3 persen pada saat penyelenggaraan, dan Qatar berani mengeluarkan uang untuk event itu USD220 billion,” ucap Presiden.
Turut mendampingi Presiden dalam acara peluncuran tersebut yaitu Menteri Koordinator Bidang Maritim dan Investasi Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, Sekretaris Kabinet Pramono Anung, Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) Erick Thohir, Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga Dito Ariotedjo, Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo, dan Pj Gubernur DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono.
