Arusberita.id – Pemerintah Pusat melalui Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) meluncurkan paket kebijakan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja negara (APBN) untuk menjaga stabilitas dan momentum pemulihan ekonomi.
Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu), Sri Mulyani mengatakan, kebijakan tersebut dilakukan dalam rangka merespons gejolak ekonomi global, perlambatan ekonomi Tiongkok, dan kemarau panjang akibat El Nino.
“Saya ingin menyampaikan beberapa langkah kebijakan APBN untuk menjaga stabilitas dan menjaga momentum pemulihan ekonomi di tengah deraan dan tekanan yang sekarang ini terjadi dari ekonomi global. Juga ada faktor El Nino yang kita lihat memukul terutama masyarakat kita yang berpendapatan rendah,” ucap Menkeu di Jakarta, Rabu (25/10/2023).
Menkeu mengatakan, terjadinya El Nino mengakibatkan lonjakan harga komoditas seperti beras yang memicu tekanan inflasi tinggi. Selain itu, tingginya suku bunga di negara maju dan melemahnya outlook perekonomian global menimbulkan dampak yang sangat terasa di dalam perekonomian dan masyarakat.
“Maka APBN perlu untuk memberikan perlindungan dengan penebalan bansos. Ini supaya terutama masyarakat rendah yang berpendapatan rendah kita juga ingin memperkuat kegiatan ekonomi terutama di level grass root dengan UMKM. UMKM kita juga kita ingin terus dorong, terutama untuk penyaluran KUR dan juga kita ingin makin meningkatkan terutama sektor properti perumahan,” tuturnya.
Menkeu menjelaskan, paket kebijakan pertama adalah penebalan bansos berupa tambahan bantuan beras dan bantuan langsung tunai (BLT). Kebijakan ini bertujuan menjaga daya beli, stabilisasi harga, dan pengendalian inflasi.
Tambahan bantuan beras akan diberikan kepada 21,3 juta kelompok penerima manfaat sebesar 10 kilogaram selama bulan Desember dengan total kebutuhan anggaran Rp2,67 triliun. Sementara, BLT akan diberikan kepada 18,8 juta kelompok penerima manfaat sebesar Rp200 ribu per bulan selama November-Desember dengan total kebutuhan anggaran Rp7,52 triliun.
Paket kebijakan kedua ditujukan untuk mengoptimalkan peran UMKM melalui percepatan realisasi kredit usaha rakyat (KUR).
