Arusberita.id – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) kembali melakukan reshuffle kabinet. Ada menteri dan Kepala Staf Angkatan Darat (KSAD) hingga duta besar yang dilantik pada Rabu, 25 Oktober 2023 di Istana Negara, Jakarta.
Pertama, ada Andi Amran Sulaiman yang dilantik menjadi Menteri Pertanian (Mentan) sisa masa jabatan periode 2019 – 2024.
“Sebelum saya mengambil sumpah berkenaan dengan pengangkatan Saudara sebagai Menteri Pertanian. Saya akan bertanya kepada saudara, Bersediakah saudara untuk diambil sumpah,” ujar Jokowi meminta Amran bersedia disumpah sebelum dilantik di Istana Negara, Jakarta.
“Bersedia,” jawab Amran lalu mengikuti sumpah jabatan yang didiktekan Jokowi.
Amran dilantik Jokowi berdasarkan Keppres Nomor 101/P Tahun 2023. Amran menggantikan Syahrul Yasin Limpo (SYL), yang terjerat kasus dugaan korupsi di tubuh Kementerian Pertanian.
Amran sendiri pernah duduk sebagai Mentan di periode 2014-2019. Namun, di periode kedua pemerintahan Jokowi, Amran tak lagi menjadi menteri. Jokowi memilih SYL menjadi mentan.
Pria kelahiran Bone 27 April 1968 ini merupakan sarjana pertanian di Universitas Hasanuddin (Unhas). Amran juga menyelesaikan master atau pascasarjana Pertanian Unhas pada 2002-2023 dan doktor Ilmu Pertanian Unhas 2008-2012.
Selain itu, Jokowi mengangkat Wakil KSAD Letjen Agus Subiyanto menjadi KSAD menggantikan Jendral Dudung yang memasuki masa pensiun pada November 2023.
Kabarnya, Jendral Dudung akan ditugaskan menjabat Kepala Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN) menggantikan Budi Gunawan.
Pejabat selanjutnya yang dilantik Jokowi adalah Sulaiman. Dia diangkat sebagai Duta Besar (Dubes) untuk Argentina merangkap Republik Oriental Uruguay dan Republik Paraguay.
Sulaiman menggantikan Dubes RI untuk Argentina sebelumnya Niniek Kun Naryatie. Niniek telah menjabat Dubes Indonesia untuk negara Amerika Latin: Paraguay, Argentina,dan Uruguay sejak 20 Februari 2018.
Sulaiman sendiri telah menjalani uji kepatutan dan kelayakan sebagai duta besar di DPR pada Februari 2023. Saat itu, ia diuji bersama 12 calon duta besar lainnya.
