Arusberita.id – Direktur Utama Perum Bulog Bayu Krisnamurthi mengaku telah menggelontorkan beras Stabilisasi Pasokan dan Harga Pangan (SPHP) sebanyak 4 ribu ton pada Senin (12/2/2024).
“Jadi kemarin aja hari Senin, kami sudah langsung kerja. Kita kirim ke hypermart 40 ton, ke Ramayana 50 ton, lotte kami kirim 10 ton, Alfamart 30 ton, Indomaret 50 ton, Indogrosir 40 ton,” sebut Bayu dalam Diskusi Media perihal Data dan Fakta Kondisi Perberasan Indonesia Terkini di Kantor Pusat Perum Bulog, Jakarta, Selasa (13/2/2024).
Bayu menegaskan bahwa begitu ada laporan mengenai kelangkaan di sejumlah ritel modern, pihaknya pun tidak diam saja.
“Jadi begitu diperintah langsung kita jalan. Itu hanya untuk Jakarta saja. Bulog tidak diam saja,” imbuhnya.
Selain ke ritel modern, Bayu mengungkapkan pihaknya juga mengirim beras SPHP Ke food station dan Pasar Induk Cipinang.
“Jadi kemarin saja bulog mengeluarkan 4000 ton dalam satu hari, beras SPHP. Food station 800 ton, Pasar Induk Cipinang 2800 ton. Jadi total kira-kira hampir 4.000 ton SPHP untuk Jakarta saja. Kan kalau hypermart dan lain-lain kita kirim ke distribution centre, mereka yang distribusikan karena kan sistem mereka gitu,” tutur Bayu.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Bayu juga menyebutkan bahwa secara nasional hingga 12 Februari 2024, Bulog telah menyalurkan beras melalui Stabilisasi Pasokan Harga Pangan (SPHP) sebanyak 226.000 ton. Bayu bilang, dalam 10 hari pertama di bulan Februari, pihaknya telah mengucapkan 60 ribu ton SPHP.
“Jadi kita betul-betul mendorong (penyaluran) ini karena (SPHP) betul-betul menjadi alternatif,” pungkas Bayu.
