Arusberita.id – Bank Indonesia (BI) mencatat cadangan devisa Indonesia pada akhir Juli 2023 naik menjadi 137,7 miliar dolar AS dari sebelumnya 137,5 miliar dolar AS pada Juni 2023.
Dalam keterangan resmi yang diterima di Jakarta, Senin, Direktur Eksekutif Departemen Komunikasi BI Erwin Haryono mengatakan peningkatan posisi cadangan devisa dipengaruhi oleh penerimaan pajak dan jasa.
Posisi cadangan devisa tersebut, menurut dia, setara dengan pembiayaan 6,2 bulan impor atau 6,0 bulan impor dan pembayaran utang luar negeri (ULN) pemerintah.
Selain itu, posisi cadangan devisa Juli juga berada di atas standar kecukupan internasional sekitar tiga bulan impor.
BI menilai cadangan devisa tersebut mampu mendukung ketahanan sektor eksternal sebut didukung oleh stabilitas dan prospek ekonomi yang terjaga serta dukungan dari respons bauran kebijakan yang ditempuh BI dalam menjaga stabilitas makroekonomi dan sistem keuangan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.
Sementara itu, BI mencatat aliran modal asing yang masuk ke Indonesia pada minggu 31 Juli hingga 3 Agustus 2023 mencapai Rp5,33 triliun.
Nilai tersebut terdiri dari modal asing masuk ke pasar Surat Berharga Negara (SBN) sebesar Rp1,90 triliun dan modal asing masuk ke pasar saham Rp3,43 triliun.
Dengan perolehan tersebut, maka modal asing bersih yang masuk ke RI sejak 1 Januari hingga 3 Agustus 2023 tercatat sebesar Rp93,62 triliun di pasar SBN dan Rp16,86 triliun di pasar saham.
BI juga melaporkan premi risiko investasi atau premi credit default swaps (CDS) Indonesia 5 tahun mengalami peningkatan dari 73,27 basis poin (bps) pada 28 Juli 2023 menjadi 78,86 bps pada 3 Agustus 2023.
