Arusberita.id – Kepala Badan Intelijen Negara atau BIN, Budi Gunawan, ikut menyambut kedatangan Presiden Joko Widodo atau Jokowi di Bandar Udara Sentani, Kabupaten Jayapura, Provinsi Papua, pada Senin, 22 Juli 2024, sekitar pukul 17.35 WIT. Kepala negara akan menghadiri peringatan puncak Hari Anak Nasional besok.
Sekretariat Presiden, melalui keterangan singkat, menyebut bahwa Jokowi disambut juga oleh Menteri Dalam Negeri Tito Karnavian, Menteri Investasi/Kepala BKPM Bahlil Lahadalia, Pangkogabwilhan III Letjen TNI Richard Taruli Horja Tampubolon, Pj. Gubernur Papua Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun, Pangdam XVII/Cenderawasih Mayjen TNI Izak Pangemanan, Kapolda Papua Irjen Pol Mathius D. Fakhiri, serta Ketua DPRD Papua Jhony Banua Rouw.

“Presiden dan rombongan kemudian melanjutkan perjalanan menuju Kota Jayapura dengan menggunakan kendaraan mobil, untuk bermalam dan melanjutkan kegiatan kunjungan kerja keesokan harinya,” tulis keterangan Istana.
Puncak peringatan Hari Anak Nasional ke-40 bakal digelar di Istora Papua Bangkit, Sentani, Jayapura. Acara tahun ini mengusung tema ‘Dari Papua Untuk Indonesia: Suara Anak Membangun Bangsa’. Sekitar 8.000 peserta akan hadir.
Majalah Tempo dalam laporan utama “Orang Lama Kabinet Baru”, yang terbit pada 6 Mei 2024, mewartakan bahwa Jokowi mengajukan nama Budi Gunawan untuk masuk Kabinet Prabowo Subianto. Pejabat di Istana dan petinggi Tim Kampanye Nasional (TKN) Prabowo-Gibran menceritakan Prabowo siap mengakomodasi calon menteri yang diajukan oleh Jokowi.
Sumber tersebut menceritakan, setidaknya Jokowi mengajukan empat nama yaitu Menteri Sekretaris Negara Pratikno, Menteri Dalam Negeri Tito Karnavian, Menteri BUMN Erick Thohir, dan Kepala Badan Intelijen Negara Budi Gunawan.
Pengajuan nama Budi Gunawan, kata narasumber yang sama, bertujuan untuk meluluhkan Ketua Umum Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDIP) Megawati Sukarnoputri. Budi adalah ajudan Megawati saat menjadi Presiden pada Juli 2001 – Oktober 2004.
Hubungan Jokowi dan Megawati memburuk karena Presiden ditengarai mendukung Prabowo-Gibran di Pilpres 2024. PDIP mengusung Ganjar Pranowo dan Mahfud Md.
Namun Jokowi membantah ikut campur dalam penyusunan kabinet Prabowo. Eks Wali kota Solo mengatakan formasi kabinet merupakan hak prerogatif presiden terpilih.
“Kabinet itu adalah 100 persen hak prerogatif presiden. Kalau usul-usul boleh, tapi itu hak penuh presiden terpilih,” kata Jokowi di Jakarta International Expo, Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat, pada Jumat, 3 Mei 2024.
