Arusberita.id – Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani Indrawati memperkirakan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia mampu mencapai 5,17% pada kuartal I-2024.
“Dengan kinerja konsumsi yang baik, kegiatan manufaktur positif, capital cukup baik dari sisi FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) maupun PMI (Price Managers’ Index) kita prediksi untuk kuartal I-2024 pertumbuhan ekonomi kita di 5,17%,” kata Sri Mulyani dalam Konferensi Pers APBN KITA, Jumat (26/4).
Sri Mulyani menjelaskan perekonomian Indonesia mampu tumbuh di atas 5% sejalan dengan sektor manufaktur yang semakin ekspansif. Tercatat, Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) manufaktur Indonesia hingga Maret 2024 mencapai level 54,2 poin.
Kemudian, Indeks Kepercayaan Konsumen (IKK) juga masih stabil 123,8. Selain itu, Mandiri Spending Index masih dalam posisi kuat di 46,9, karena dipengaruhi oleh adanya momen Ramadan dan Lebaran 2024.
Adapun konsumsi listrik untuk bisnis juga masih tumbuh positif 7,5%. Konsumsi semen pada Maret terkoreksi sebesar 1,9%, setelah dalam dua bulan terakhir pertumbuhannya melonjak tinggi.
“Jadi secara keseluruhan konsumen cukup baik, namun harus waspada karena beberapa mengalami koreksi. Baik yang sifatnya koreksi karena musiman seperti Ramadan dan Hari Raya maupun koreksi yang struktural dan jangka panjang,” jelasnya.
Kendati perekonomian Indonesia relatif masih resilien, Menkeu tetap menyampaikan bahwa pemerintah tetap mewaspadai adanya turbulensi global yang terjadi.
Sri Mulyani juga membeberkan proyeksi berbagai lembaga terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia cukup bervariasi. Misalnya, Bloomberg menyebutkan bahwa ekonomi Indonesia akan tumbuh sebesar 5%, BCA 5,1%, Goldman Sachs 4,9%, Moody’s 4,7% dan Nomura 5,3%.
