Arusberita.id – Kabar baik dialami ekonomi Indonesia. Pemerintah mencatat, pertumbuhan ekonomi kuartal II-2023 mencapai 5,17 persen secara tahunan atau year on year (yoy). Dengan begitu, 7 kali kuartal berturut-turut ekonomi terus tumbuh, lebih baik daripada Singapura dan Amerika Serikat (AS).
Menteri Koordinator (Menko) Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto mengatakan, tingkat inflasi Indonesia tercatat 3,08 persen atau lebih baik dari negara lainnya.
Sementara, negara lain seperti Jerman, tingkat inflasinya masih tinggi di angka 6 persen dan Turki yang tengah mengalami hiperinflasi bahkan mencapai 47 persen.
“Dibandingkan negara lain, pertumbuhan Indonesia sangat kuat dengan inflasi terkendali inflasi 3 persen itu masuk APBN 3+-1 persen,” kata Airlangga dalam konferensi pers di Kantor Kemenko Perekonomian, Jakarta, kemarin.
Airlangga menjelaskan, pertumbuhan kita hanya di bawah China 6,3 persen dan Uzbekistan 5,6 persen. Vietnam, Amerika Serikat, Singapura bahkan Jerman, masih mengalami kontraksi.
Menurutnya, Pemerintah yakin pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia masih tetap sesuai prediksi, yakni 5,3 persen. Ada sejumlah hal yang disebut akan dilakukan pemerintah untuk menggenjot pertumbuhan ekonomi ke depannya.
“Harapannya, kuartal 3 kita bisa tingkatkan karena salah satu pengungkitnya kuartal 3 adalah belanja komoditas. Kami akan pastikan belanja Pemerintah di kementerian dan lembaga, seperti infrastruktur, program padat karya kita terus dorong,” jelasnya.
Deputi Bidang Neraca dan Analisis Statistik Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) M Edy Mahmud mengatakan, Pencapaian ini meningkat dari posisi kuartal I-2023 yang sebesar 5,03 persen. Perekonomian kuartal II-2023 tumbuh secara konsisten di kisaran 5 persen dalam tujuh kuartal terakhir.
“Perekonomian Indonesia berdasarkan besaran Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) atas dasar harga berlaku mencapai Rp 5.226,7 triliun dan atas dasar harga konstan 2010 mencapai Rp 3.075,7 triliun pada kuartal II 2023,” jelas Edy dalam konferensi pers di Kantor BPS, Jakarta, kemarin.
Sedangkan secara kuartal ke kuartal, pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia di kuartal II-2023 sebesar 3,86 persen dibandingkan kuartal sebelumnya.
Pada kuartal II-2023, pertumbuhan ekonomi secara kuartal ke kuartal lebih tinggi dari kuartal sebelumnya.
“Ini sejalan dengan pola yang terjadi di tahun-tahun sebelumnya, yaitu pertumbuhan di kuartal II selalu lebih tinggi dari pertumbuhan di kuartal I,” ujarnya.
Sementara, dari produksi, lapangan usaha transportasi dan pergudangan mengalami pertumbuhan tertinggi sebesar 15,59 persen
Sedangkan dari pengeluaran, komponen pengeluaran konsumsi pemerintah mengalami pertumbuhan tertinggi sebesar 7,53 persen.
“Kalau kita dalami, seluruh lapangan usaha tumbuh positif pada kuartal II-2023,” jelasnya.
Wakil Menteri Keuangan Suahasil Nazara mengatakan, pertumbuhan ekonomi kuartal II-2023 di level 5,17 persen dapat menjadi dasar yang kuat untuk pencapaian target pertumbuhan di kuartal berikutnya tahun ini.
“Kami berharap ini menjadi dasar yang bagus dari gerak ekonomi pada kuartal II dan bisa kita teruskan di kuartal berikutnya,” kata Suahasil, saat ditemui usai kegiatan Democracy Dialogue The Jakarta Post 40th Anniversary Forum di Jakarta, kemarin.
Suahasil mengatakan, pertumbuhan ekonomi pada kuartal IIditopang oleh sejumlah faktor yang menjadi tren musiman pada periode tersebut. Seperti masuknya anak sekolah serta periode Ramadan dan Idul Fitri.
