Arusberita.id – Himpunan Santri Nusantara (Hisnu) optimistis suara mayoritas warga Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) khususnya di Jawa Timur bakal mengalir ke bakal Calon Presiden RI Ganjar Pranowo pada Pilpres 2024.
Ketua Hisnu Yusuf Hidayat dalam keterangannya di Surabaya, Minggu, mengaku tidak cemas adanya anggapan suara Nahdliyin atau warga NU khususnya di Jawa Timur bakal mengalir ke bakal Capres Anies Baswedan setelah memilih Ketua Umum Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) Muhaimin Iskandar alias Cak Imin sebawai Cawapresnya.
“Tidak ngaruh apa-apa, kami tidak cemas. Cak Imin kan bukan representasi Nahdliyin,” kata Gus Yusuf.
Menurutnya, memaknai representasi Nahdliyin tidak bisa dilihat hanya karena Cak Imin sebagai ketua umum Parpol yang berbasis warga NU, melainkan banyak variabelnya. Apalagi, lanjut dia, Nahdliyin ada di mana-mana, menyebar di semua partai.
“Kalau di PKB kan hanya 7 persen menurut survei, itu (Nahdliyin) yang memilih PKB. Dalam konteks Pilpres, saya malah yakin dari 7 persen itu 5 persen di antaranya akan ke Pak Ganjar,” katanya.
Keyakinan Yusuf bahwa suara Nahdliyin akan mengalir ke Ganjar Pranowo karena memang memiliki kedekatan secara amaliyah.
“Terlebih warga NU di Jatim, kalau ke Anies ya saya kira orang bisa melihat lah itu. Makanya saya bilang Hisnu tidak cemas, duet Anies-Muhaimin,” ujarnya.
Menilik hasil survei, elektabilitas Cak Imin di Jatim yang mayoritas masyarakatnya warga NU memang tak menggembirakan. Dari hasil survei Surabaya Survey Center (SSC) yang digelar pada 25 Juli-3 Agustus 2023 di 38 kabupaten/kota, keterpilihannya hanya di angka 3,8 persen.
Bandingkan misalnya dengan keterpilihan Ketua Umum Partai Demokrat, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) yang memuncaki elektabilitas dengan capaian 15,2 persen.
“Ini menunjukkan bahwa kaum Nahdliyin tidak terlalu menginginkan Cak Imin sebagai Cawapres untuk Pemilu 2024. Bahkan sebaliknya, posisi elektabilitas AHY jauh lebih tinggi, Erick Thohir jauh lebih tinggi di angka 15 persen,” kata Peneliti Senior SSC, Ikhsan Rosidi.
Bahkan secara nasional, dari hasil survei periodik Litbang Kompas, elektabilitas Cak Imin selama Januari hingga Agustus 2023 bahkan belum pernah menyentuh 1 persen. Pada Januari hanya meraih 0,2 persen, kemudian naik tipis menjadi 0,3 persen pada Mei, dan menjadi 0,4 persen pada Agustus.
Dengan adanya survei itu, Gus Yusuf menyebut tesis bahwa Cak Imin adalah representasi suara pemilih Jatim dan Nahdliyin masih sangat rentan untuk terbantahkan atau tidak tepat.
Untuk itu, Gus Yusuf menekankan, inilah saatnya warga NU memiliki presiden dengan memenangkan Ganjar di Pilpres 2024.
“Pak Ganjar itu kan punya latar belakang dari keluarga besar NU. Sentuhan kebijakan dan komunikasinya itu kepada para kiai dan masyayikh sudah ditunjukkan di Jateng,” katanya.
Berdasarkan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan oleh Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) RI, pendaftaran bakal calon presiden dan wakil presiden dijadwalkan dimulai pada 19 Oktober sampai dengan 25 November 2023.
Sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum (UU Pemilu), pasangan calon presiden dan wakil presiden diusulkan oleh partai politik atau gabungan partai politik peserta pemilu yang memenuhi persyaratan perolehan kursi paling sedikit 20 persen dari jumlah kursi DPR atau memperoleh 25 persen dari suara sah secara nasional pada pemilu anggota DPR sebelumnya.
Saat ini, terdapat 575 kursi di parlemen sehingga pasangan calon presiden dan wakil presiden pada Pilpres 2024 harus memiliki dukungan minimal 115 kursi di DPR RI. Bisa juga, pasangan calon diusung oleh parpol atau gabungan parpol peserta Pemilu 2019 dengan total perolehan suara sah minimal 34.992.703 suara.
