Arusberita.id – Pemerintah akan memulai penyaluran bansos beras bantuan pangan periode kedua. Kepala Badan Pangan Nasional (Bapanas) Arief Prasetyo Adi mengatakan, bantuan sosial (bansos) beras ini diharapkan bisa mengendalikan inflasi pangan di dalam negeri.
Seperti diketahui, Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) telah meluncurkan program penyaluran cadangan beras pemerintah (CBP) untuk bantuan pangan tahun 2023 pada April lalu. Yang telah disalurkan selama 3 bulan mulai Maret sampai Mei 2023 kepada 21,353 juta Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM).
Pemerintah kemudian memutuskan untuk menggelar kembali bansos pangan berupa beras 10 kg itu. Setelah periode pertama di Maret-Mei, periode kedua direncanakan pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2023.
Namun, pada 31 Agustus 2023 lalu, Presiden Jokowi mengumumkan penyaluran bansos beras 10 kg dipercepat menjadi mulai bulan September 2023. Yang akan diberikan untuk 3 bulan.
“Mulai Senin depan (11 September 2023) Perum Bulog akan mendistribusikan bantuan pangan beras kepada 21,353 juta KPM selama tiga bulan ke depan. Ini merupakan langkah intervensi yang perlu dilakukan pemerintah agar harga beras dapat kembali stabil,” kata Arief dalam keterangan resmi, dikutip Jumat (8/9/2023).
“Sebagaimana arahan Bapak Presiden Joko Widodo, bantuan pangan beras ini juga untuk membantu mengendalikan inflasi di daerah-daerah,” tambahnya.
Dia mengatakan, penyaluran akan mengutamakan kesesuaian dan meminimalisir kekeliruan di lapangan.
“Data penerima bantuan pangan beras agar benar-benar dilakukan cross check, sehingga bisa tepat sasaran,” ujarnya.
“Khusus distribusi ke daerah 3TP (Tertinggal, Terluar, Terdepan dan Perbatasan) diperlukan efektivitas pengiriman, misalnya dengan langsung mengirimkan sekaligus untuk paket bantuan dua atau tiga bulan. Ini semata-mata untuk akselerasi pengiriman agar cepat tersampaikan,” kata Arief.

Dengan sasaran target 21,353 juta KPM di 38 provinsi, jumlah total beras yang akan disalurkan lewat program ini mencapai 640 ribu ton.
“Dengan adanya bantuan pangan beras yang digelontorkan ke masyarakat seperti ini, seyogianya dapat menekan harga di pasar. Apalagi ini dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan dan itu ekuivalen sekitar 7 sampai 8 persen. Kita akan terus berupaya menekan harga beras di pasar sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu cemas dan panic buying,” terangnya.
Arief pun mengutip data BPS 1 September 2023 yang menunjukkan, pada bulan Februari 2023 tingkat inflasi beras (month to month) sebesar 2,63%. Kemudian menurun sampai 0,03% pada bulan Juli, namun kembali meningkat menjadi 1,43% di Agustus 2023. Terkait itu, andil inflasi beras (month to month) 0,08% pada Februari juga sempat turun dan membesar kembali di Agustus mencapai 0,05%.
“Bantuan pangan beras tersebut mampu meredam laju kenaikan harga beras sepanjang April sampai Juli 2023 sehingga berdampak pada terjaganya tingkat inflasi secara umum,” kata Arief.
“Kita memang perlu kembali melaksanakan program bantuan beras yang digagas Bapak Presiden Joko Widodo ini. Karena mampu memberikan manfaat besar serta dampak positif bagi stabilitas perekonomian dan ketahanan pangan nasional. Program ini memang didesain untuk memberikan multiplier effect, terutama untuk pengendalian inflasi nasional,” pungkas Arief.
Cara Cek Penerima Bansos
Penerima bansos dapat memastikan dirinya terdaftar atau tidak melalui laman resmi cekbansos.kemensos.go.id. Langkah dan alur pengecekan sebagai berikut:
- Buka laman website cekbansos.kemensos.go.id
- Ketika sudah berada laman cekbansos.kemensos.go.id, maka masukan wilayah penerima manfaat berupa; provinsi, kabupaten/kota, kecamatan, dan desa. Mengisi data wilayah penerima manfaat;
- Masukan nama penerima manfaat harus sesuai dengan data yang tertera di e-KTP atau Dukcapil;
- Ketik huruf kode chapta;
- Setelah itu tinggal klik ‘Cari Data’;
- Selanjutnya sistem Cek Bansos Kemensos akan mencari Nama Penerima Manfaat jika data tersebut terdaftar sebagai penerima bansos.
