Arusberita.id – Pemerintah Indonesia menargetkan pertumbuhan ekonomi mencapai 5,3 persen hingga 5,6 persen pada 2025.
Selain itu, pemerintah juga menyebutkan target pemerintah untuk menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan hingga 6 persen-7 persen dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka di angka 4 persen-5 persen.
Target-target tersebut dibahas dalam sidang kabinet paripurna yang dipimpin Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) di Istana Negara, Jakarta, pada Senin (26/2/24).
“Mengapa pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan, dan ada kata-kata ‘akselerasi’ mengingat bahwa tahun 2025 adalah awal dari RPJMN tahun 2025-2029. Dan RPJMN 2025-2029 adalah sangat strategis yang menjadi bagian dari awal rencana pembangunan jangka panjang nasional 2025-2045 menuju Indonesia Emas,” jelas Menteri Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional/Kepala Bappenas Suharso Monoarfa, Senin (26/2/24).
Setelah 30 tahun terjebak sebagai negara berpendapatan menengah, ujarnya, melalui RKP dan KEM-PPKF tersebut Indonesia berencana keluar dari middle income trap pada 2038 dengan target tingkat pertumbuhan rata-rata bisa mencapai 7 persen atau minimum 6 persen.
“Dan itu kita capai pada 2041,” tutur Menteri Suharso.
Selain target pertumbuhan ekonomi, dalam rapat RKP dan KEM-PPKF disepakati rasio ketimpangan sekitar 0,37 dan Indeks Modal Manusia bisa mencapai 0,67.
“Dan penurunan indeks gas rumah kaca di angka 38,6. Kami juga mengingatkan bahwa ekspor barang-barang Indonesia khususnya ke Eropa akan kena aturan carbon border adjustment mechanism yang sedemikian rupa memperhitungkan keberpihakan Indonesia dalam upaya penurunan gas rumah kaca,” ujar Menteri Suharso.
Presiden Jokowi juga menargetkan defisit RAPBN terjaga di sekitar 2,48 persen sampai 2,8 persen dari PDB, dan peningkatan belanja investasi yang below the line antara 0,5 persen-1 persen.
