Arusberita.id – Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (Bappenas) merumuskan empat tahapan transformasi ekonomi dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Nasional (RPJPN). Ini sebagai pedoman untuk mencapai Indonesia Emas 2045.
Tahapan pertama dijalankan untuk jangka waktu 2025 – 2029 yang berfokus pada hilirisasi sumber daya alam (SDA) serta penguatan riset inovasi dan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Ekonomi ditargetkan dapat tumbuh 5,7-5,9%.
“Pertama kali adalah bagaimana kita bisa fokus pada hilirisasi SDA, kemudian serta penguatan riset inovasi, dengan demikian kita akan tumbuh sebesar 5,7-5,9%. Nah, ini adalah ada kenaikan middle class job mencapai 3,8% dari populasi,” jelas Direktorat Perencanaan Makro dan Analisis Statistik Bappenas Eka Chandra Buana dalam acara Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Rancangan Awal RPJPN 2025-2045 di Hotel Ritz-Carlton, Mega Kuningan, Jakarta, Selasa (30/5/2023).
Kemudian, tahapan kedua bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas secara masif dan perluasan sumber pertumbuhan ekonomi. Tahapan ini direncanakan pada tahun 2030-2034 dengan target pertumbuhan 6,1-7% dan middle class job 50% dari populasi.
“Kedua 2030-2034 adalah peningkatan produktivitas secara masif dan perluasan sumber sumber pertumbuhan ekonomi. Jadi disini dengan adanya fokus seperti itu kita targetkan growth akan 6,1 – 7%,” kata Eka.
Pada tahap ketiga, kata Eka, saatnya Indonesia memanfaatkan bonus demografi Indonesia. Ekonomi Indonesia ditargetkan tumbuh 7 – 8%.
“Jadi disini adalah bagaimana kita menciptakan ekonomi power house yang terintegrasi dengan jaringan rantai global dan domestik serta ekspor yang kokoh. Dengan demikian growth kita harapkan 7-8%,” katanya.
Tahapan terakhir menargetkan Indonesia sebagai negara berpendapatan tinggi. Angka pertumbuhan ekonomi ditargetkan di kisaran 5,8 – 7,1%, serta middle class job 80% dari populasi.
“Ini lah gambaran gambaran yang ingin kita lakukan. Ini how to nya kita punya tahapan, kita punya fokus, mari kita bersama sama berkerja sama berkolaborasi mencapai hal tersebut,” ucap Eka.
