Arusberita.id – Wakil Ketua DPRD Jateng Quatly Abdulkadir Alkatiri mengingatkan supaya pemerintah provinsi mulai ketat dalam pengawasan distribusi stok pangan supaya saat libur Natal dan Tahun Baru (Nataru) tidak terjadi lonjakan harga.
Penegasan ini disampaikannya dalam Dialog Aspirasi Jateng: Antisipasi Lonjakan Harga Jelang Nataru yang disiarkan secara langsung oleh Stasiun TATV Surakarta, Selasa (13/12/2022).
“Tidak dipungkiri jelang hari besar keagamaan dan tahun baru, harga-harga sejumlah komoditas pangan naik. Kalaupun naik yang wajar. Tugas pemerintah jaga stok jangan sampai kurang. Kalau kurang segeralah operasi pasar. Dengan demikian, stabilitas pangan bisa terjaga,”ucapnya.
Santoso selaku Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Pedagangan Dalam Negeri Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Dinperindag) Jateng memastikan untuk menjamin stok bahan pokok serta upaya untuk mengendalikan stabilitas harga pihaknya gencar operasi pasar atau program ketersediaan pasokan dan stabilisasi harga.
“Harga harus terjangkau dan tidak melampaui harga eceran tertinggi. Hanya saja untuk tiga komoditas seperti kedelai, bawang putih, dan gula, fluktuasi harga banyak dipengaruhi pasar global mengingat sampai sekarang masih impor. Kedelai saja harga masih tinggi,” ucapnya.
Sutoyo selaku akademisi dari Unisri Surakarta juga menekankan keterjaminan stok di pasar. Distributor diminta tidak menahan stok bahan pokok agar nantinya tidak mempermainkan harga.
Rantai distribusi harus diawasi ketat. Pemerintah harus secara berkala memeriksa gudang-gudang milik distributor supaya tidak ada bahan yang disimpan. “Jangan ada penimbunan bahan pangan supaya stok di pasar tidak berkurang.
Biasanya hari-hari besar dan libur keagamaan, permintaan tinggi. Kalau permintaan tinggi, stok berkurang saja, otomatis hukum pasar berlaku, harga akan naik. Ini yang harus dijaga pemerintah,” ucapnya.
