Arusberuta.id – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) menyerahkan 2,5 juta sertifikat tanah elektronik di seluruh Indonesia. Penyerahan ini diserahkan secara simbolis kepada 10 orang penerima, yaitu 7 orang penerima sertifikat perorangan dan 3 orang penerima sertifikat aset Barang Milik Negara/Daerah (BMN/BMD) dan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN).
“Dengan mengucap bismillahirrahmanirrahim, pada siang ini saya serahkan dan luncurkan sertifikat elektronik ini,” tutur Jokowi dikutip dari YouTube Kementerian ATR/BPN, Senin (4/12/2023).
Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto pun turut menuturkan terima kasih kepada Jokowi terkait peluncuran dan penyerahan secara simbolis sertifikat tanah elektronik.
“Kami ucapkan terima kasih kepada Bapak Presiden yang sudah berkenan untuk meluncurkan sertifikat tanah elektronik sekaligus menyerahkan secara simbolis sertifikat tanah elektronik kepada 10 orang penerima dari total 2.550.800 sertifikat tanah yang diserahkan secara luring dan daring di seluruh Indonesia,” ucapnya.
Kesepuluh orang tersebut diwakilkan oleh masyarakat serta pejabat negara. Pejabat negara tersebut yaitu Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono, Pj Gubernur DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono, dan Jaksa Agung Sanitiar Burhanuddin.
Penerapan sertifikat elektronik ini dinilai dalam membuat sertifikat tanah menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan menggunakan sistem digital ini juga dapat mengurangi risiko sertifikat palsu dan duplikasi data. Selain itu, bisa melindungi sertifikat dari bencana alam, misalnya ketika terjadi banjir, gempa bumi, dan lainnya.
“Meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan dalam pembuatan sertifikat, mengurangi interaksi dengan masyarakat dalam pelayanan pertanahan dan membatasi ruang gerak para mafia tanah,” ujar Hadi.
Adapun, sertifikat tanah elektronik diterbitkan dengan secure document dan disahkan melalui tanda tangan elektronik sehingga kerahasiaan dan keamanan data Pertanahan dapat terjamin. Jika diperlukan, dapat diberikan dalam bentuk fisik berupa security paper. Untuk mengakses sertifikat tanah ini bisa dilakukan melalui aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku.
Penerapan sertifikat elektronik dilakukan secara bertahap, mulai dari aset BMN, BMD, badan hukum, BUMN, rumah ibadah, serta masyarakat di 12 Kabupaten kota lengkap dan selanjutnya di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.

Today, I went to the beach front with my
