Arusberita.id – Pemerintahan Presiden Jokowi sudah menggelontorkan Rp 1.000 triliun lebih untuk mengerjakan Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN). Salah satu yang digarap adalah melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR).
PUPR melaksanakan pembangunan 125 Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Hal tersebut terdiri dari 51 jalan tol dan jembatan, 56 bendungan dan irigasi, 13 proyek air minum dan sanitasi, 2 perumahan, tanggul laut pesisir Jakarta, Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang, dan Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia.
Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto mengatakan, dari total 210 PSN, 158 PSN telah diselesaikan dengan nilai investasi sebesar Rp1.102,7 T.
“Kuncinya ada di infrastruktur. Dan yang paling banyak ada di porsi Kementerian PUPR yaitu 125 PSN. Semoga masyarakat menjadi aware dengan apa yang telah kita bangun secara fisik. Karena itu semua yang membuat ekonomi kita berdaya saing,” kata Airlangga dikutip Kamis (27/7/2023).
Menteri PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono menambahkan, dari target 125 PSN tersebut, hingga Juli 2023 Kementerian PUPR telah menyelesaikan 87 Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) atau 70% dari keseluruhan target yang telah ditetapkan.
“Pada akhir tahun 2023, kami menargetkan penyelesaian pembangunan Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang dan 24 proyek PSN lainnya,” jelas Menteri PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono.
Basuki mengatakan PSN dirancang dengan prioritas pada pembangunan infrastruktur yang diharapkan dapat menciptakan multiplier effect bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pemerataan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
“Infrastruktur memegang peran dan kontribusi dalam rangka pertumbuhan negara kita. Tidak hanya menekan biaya logistik dan meningkatkan daya saing bangsa, tetapi juga untuk pemerataan pembangunan dan keadilan sosial,” tambah Menteri Basuki.
Di bidang Sumber Daya Air, Kementerian PUPR telah menyelesaikan pembangunan 36 bendungan dengan kapasitas 1,9 juta m3. Kemudian di bidang Bina Marga, telah selesai pembangunan PSN jalan tol sepanjang 1.500 km dari 27 proyek jalan tol melalui skema Kerjasama Pemerintah dan Badan Usaha (KPBU) seperti misalnya Jalan Tol Cisumdawu, Jalan Tol Pekanbaru-Dumai, dan Jalan Tol Balikpapan-Samarinda.
Selain itu, Kementerian PUPR juga telah menyelesaikan 7 proyek di sektor perumahan. Dan telah mengimplementasikan skema KPBU pada sektor penyediaan air minum di SPAM Regional Umbulan, SPAM Regional Semarang Barat dan SPAM Regional Banjarbakula. Adapun kapasitas layanannya sekitar 5.750 liter per detik, dan melayani sekitar 500 ribu SR.
Pada peringatan sewindu PSN ini, Menteri Basuki juga menyampaikan bahwa program ini telah berhasil mengakselerasi pembangunan infrastruktur berkelanjutan dan tangguh bencana yang mampu mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi.
“Ini merupakan bentuk laporan kepada masyarakat tentang apa yang sudah Kementerian PUPR lakukan. Hal ini merupakan bentuk kepercayaan bagi Kementerian PUPR sehingga saya selalu menyampaikan bahwa insan PUPR harus bekerja lebih keras, bergerak lebih cepat dan bertindak lebih tepat,” kata Basuki.
