Arusberita.id – Presiden Joko “Jokowi” Widodo menyebut jumlah nasabah Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Mekar pada tahun 2015-2016 baru sekitar 400 ribu. Namun, saat ini jumlahnya telah mencapai 15,2 juta nasabah.
“Ini artinya program yang kita desain disambut baik oleh pengusaha terutama pengusaha UMKM. Diharapkan dengan keikutsertaan di PNM Mekar ini ibu-ibu semua bisa naik kelas,” katanya saat melakukan kunjungan kerja di Kabupaten Bantul, Selasa (30/1/2024).
1. Menjadi pengusaha besar harus melalui tahap demi tahap
Menurut Jokowi, untuk bisa naik kelas harus bertahap mulai dari mikro, naik kecil, menengah, dan yang menengah menjadi besar. Untuk menjadi besar tidak bisa ujug-ujug (mendadak) harus setahap demi setahap.
“Saya bercerita itu karena saya mengalami sendiri,” ungkap mantan Gubernur DKI ini.
2. Pinjaman nasabah PNM Mekar tembus Rp237 triliun
Jokowi mengaku sangat gembira. Sebab, pinjaman nasabah PNM Mekar pada tahun 2015-2016 yang semula hanya Rp800 miliar, saat ini sudah mencapai Rp237 triliun sehingga perputaran uang sangat cepat. Pada tahun 2015-2016 pinjaman per nasabah minimal Rp2 juta namun saat ini meningkat Rp4 juta hingga Rp8 juta.
“Tapi saya ingatkan namanya pinjaman itu harus disiplin kita nyicil,” terangnya. “Jadi kuncinya disiplin. Kalau kita sudah komitmen hari Senin ya kita cicil hari Senin. Kalau hari Jumat ya hari Jumat, ini mendidik kita sebelum masuk ke perbankan.”
3. Angka kredit macet PNM Mekar hanya 0,5 persen
Lebih jauh Jokowi mengatakan kredit macet PNM Mekar sebesar 0,5 persen menunjukkan kedisiplinan nasabah dalam mengangsur pinjaman. Disisi lain produk yang dihasilkan UMKM sangat kompetitif dan bisa bersaing dengan produk dari negara lain.
“Sekali lagi kembali yang namanya usaha tahapan demi tahapan. Yang belum ekspor enggak apa-apa, tunggu tanggal mainnya pasti bisa,” tandasnya.
