Arusberita.id – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) mengatakan pemimpin berikutnya jangan sampai ganti visi dan orientasi pembangunan Indonesia agar tidak dimulai dari awal lagi.
Jokowi menyampaikan itu saat menghadiri Apel Akbar Komando Kesiapsiagaan Angkatan Muda Muhammadiyah (Kokam) di Stadion Manahan, Solo, Rabu (20/9).
“Jangan sampai ganti pemimpin ganti visi, ganti orientasi, sehingga kita harus mulai semuanya dari awal lagi,” kata Jokowi.
Dia menganalogikan pelajar yang sudah mengenyam pendidikan dari SD hingga SMA. Apabila pemimpin Indonesia berikutnya mengganti visi, sama saja mengulang pembangunan dari awal atau dari SD lagi.
“Sudah SD, sudah SMP, sudah SMA, ganti pemimpin ganti visi lagi sehingga mulai lagi dari SD, SMP, SMA, Universitas. Ganti pemimpin balik lagi mulai dari SD lagi. Kapan kita S1, S2 S3 dan seterunya,” katanya.
Jokowi menegaskan bahwa Indonesia membutuhkan pemimpin yang konsisten. Menurutnya itu penting.
Pemimpin, kata dia, juga harus berani memperjuangkan kepentingan bangsa dan negara.
“Bangsa ini butuh pemimpin yang konsisten. Saya ulang, Bangsa ini butuh pemimpin yang konsisten yang berani mengambil keputusan berani mengambil risiko dan berani berhadapan dengan siapa pun dan dengan negara manapun untuk kepentingan negara dan bangsa,” kata Jokowi.
Tak hanya itu, pemimpin juga harus mampu berpikir secara komprehensif. Tak cuma secara makro, pemimpin tersebut juga harus bisa berpikir mikro.
“Karena saat ini tidak mungkin kita hanya melihat makro saja. Mikronya harus dipikirkan. mikro harus dilihat dan detilnya harus dicek lagi,” katanya.
