Arusberita.id – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) memastikan bantuan kemanusiaan tahap kedua sebanyak 21 ton untuk Palestina dari Indonesia akan dikirimkan pada hari ini, Senin (20/11/2023).
Orang nomor satu di Indonesia itu mengatakan bahwa pengiriman bantuan untuk tahap kedua akan diberangkatkan dengan menggunakan 2 pesawat dari tanah Air.
“[Bantuan kali] ini adalah berupa obat-obatan kemudin perlengkapan rumah sakit, makanan, dan keperluan lainnya sesuai kebutuh masyarakat di Gaza,” ujarnya saat melakukan pelepasan bantuan terhadap Palestina di Bandar Udara Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta, Senin (20/11/2023).
Kepala Negara menjelaskan bahwa bantuan tersebut bersumber dari anggaran pemerintah sebesar Rp31,9 miliar dan juga berasal dari bantuan pihak swasta yakni perusahaan serta dari masyarakat antara lain seperti PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, Indonesian Humanitarian Alliance (IHA), yayasan Kitabisa, Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas), dan lain-lainnya.
Dia mengatakan bantuan yang dikirimkan akan melewati jalur yang sama seperti bantuan yang pertama, yakni pesawat nanti akan menuju Bandar Udara Internasional El Arish di Mesir yang nantinya bantuan akan diteruskan dan disalurkan ke Gaza.
Selanjutnya, Presiden Ke-7 RI itu mengatakan selain bantuan kemanusiaan, Indonesia akan terus memberikan dukungan politik bagi Palestina dan sebagai salah satu utusan khusus Organisasi Kerja Sama Islam (OKI).
Apalagi, kata Jokowi, Menteri Luar Negeri (Menlu) RI terus menggalang dukungan agar kekejaman di Gaza dihentikan dan meminta setiap pihak mendorong agar dilakukan sesegera mungkin gencatan senjata, dan bantuan kemanusiaan bisa masuk dengan baik. “Sekali lagi saya tegaskan Indonesia akan terus bersama mendukung perjuangan bangsa Palestina,” pungkas Jokowi.
Sebelumnya, Mantan Gubernur DKI Jakarta itu melepaskan bantuan tahap pertama sebesar 51,5 ton untuk Palestina dari Indonesia akan dikirimkan pada, Sabtu (4/11/2023).
Bantuan sebesar 51,5 ton tahap pertama ini akan dibawa menggunakan tiga pesawat yang memuat bahan makanan, alat medis, selimut, tenda, dan barang logistik lainnya yang telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan di Gaza.
