Arusberita.id – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) menilai pelaksanaan arus mudik Lebaran tahun ini jauh lebih baik dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Jokowi mengatakan tak ada antrean yang terlalu panjang pada arus mudik Lebaran 2024.
“Kalau dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya saya kira tahun ini jauh lebih bagus, jauh lebih bagus, saya melihat nggak ada antrean yang sangat terlalu panjang atau yang di airport, atau di stasiun, atau di terminal, yang begitu ramai dan berdesak-desakan, saya lihat nggak ada,” kata Joko Widodo kepada wartawan di Stasiun Pasar Senen, Jakarta Pusat, Senin (8/4/2024).
Jokowi mengatakan manajemen yang baik harus diteruskan. Dia mengatakan berbagai masalah kecil terkait arus mudik harus segera diselesaikan sebagai bentuk antisipasi.
“Ya manajemen yang baik ini diteruskan, manajemen yang sudah baik diteruskan, yang ada masalah kecil-kecil segera diselesaikan saya kira perencanaan yang rapi, akan memunculkan sebuah pelaksanaan yang baik. Ini saya kira di organisasi dengan baik, semua yang terlibat,” ujarnya.
Menteri Perhubungan (Menhub) Budi Karya Sumadi sebelumnya membeberkan angka perkiraan pemudik Lebaran 2024. Dia mengatakan sebanyak 193 juta orang akan melakukan mudik tahun ini. Dari total jumlah tersebut, ada 28,4 juta di antaranya berasal dari Jabodetabek.
“Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan oleh Badan Kebijakan Transportasi (BKT), terdapat tren peningkatan potensi pergerakan masyarakat secara nasional pada masa lebaran 2024 yaitu sebesar 71,7% dari jumlah penduduk Indonesia sebanyak 193 juta orang,” kata Budi dalam jumpa pers virtual persiapan mudik 2024, Minggu (17/3).
Sementara itu, sebanyak 28 juta orang diperkirakan akan meninggalkan Jabodetabek. Budi menyebut pemudik Lebaran tahun ini akan meningkat.
“Dari angka tersebut sebesar 14,6 persen atau 28,4 juta orang penduduk Jabodetabek akan melakukan perjalanan di masa mudik Lebaran 2024, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat kecenderungan peningkatan minat masyarakat untuk melakukan perjalanan mudik Lebaran 2024 dibandingkan tahun 2023 sebesar 45,8 persen atau 123 juta orang,” katanya.
