Arusberita.id – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) menyatakan ekonomi Indonesia masih aman dari resesi. Meskipun, sederet negara maju sudah terjun ke jurang resesi, macam Jepang dan Inggris.
Jokowi bilang angka probabilitas resesi Indonesia masih sangat rendah, bahkan bedanya jauh dari negara-negara besar. Cuma 1,5% saja.
“Kita patut kita syukuri, probabilitas Indonesia masih di angka 1,5%. Ini yang harus kita jaga,” sebut Jokowi dalam sambutannya di Rapim TNI Polri, Mabes TNI Cilangkap, Jakarta Timur, Rabu (28/2/2024).
Jokowi mengungkapkan negara yang berpotensi terjun ke jurang resesi dalam waktu dekat adalah Jerman. Pasalnya, probabilitas atau kemungkinan resesinya sudah mencapai 72%.
Bukan cuma Jerman, ekonomi Uni Eropa juga tercatat memiliki angka probabilitas resesi yang cukup tinggi hingga 60%. Sementara itu Amerika Serikat di angka 40%.
Jokowi juga memaparkan ekonomi di Indonesia tahun 2023 tumbuh 5,05%. Sementara itu, inflasi terkendali di angka 2,57% dan kemiskinan turun di angka 9,36%.
“Pengangguran turun di angka 5,32%. Dan gini rasio ketimpangan juga turun di angka 0,388%,” beber Jokowi.
