Arusberita.id – Presiden RI Joko Widodo mengatakan program pembagian sertifikat tanah, yang hingga tahun 2023 telah mencapai 110 juta sertifikat untuk masyarakat, merupakan solusi dalam menyelesaikan sengketa lahan.
“Dulu tahun 2015, setiap saya ke desa, setiap saya ke kampung, ngecek infrastruktur, setiap saya ke daerah di mana pun, di provinsi mana pun, yang saya dengar adalah konflik tanah, sengketa lahan, selalu seperti itu,” kata Jokowi ketika menyampaikan sambutan dalam acara pembagian 3.000 sertifikat tanah bagi warga di Kabupaten Grobogan, Jawa Tengah, Selasa.
Menurut Presiden, isu sengketa lahan pada awal masa pemerintahannya karena terbatasnya sertifikat yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN), yang kala itu hanya bisa memproduksi 500 ribu sertifikat setiap tahun.
Padahal seluruh tanah di Indonesia seharusnya diterbitkan total 126 juta sertifikat. Sementara pada 2015, baru sekitar 46 juta warga yang memegang sertifikat sehingga pemerintah masih memiliki “pekerjaan rumah” untuk menerbitkan 80 juta sertifikat sisanya.
Oleh sebab itu, Presiden segera memerintahkan BPN untuk meningkatkan penerbitan sertifikat tanah bagi rakyat.
“Sehingga sampai saat ini tanah di seluruh Indonesia yang sudah bersertifikat sekitar 110 juta. Tinggal sedikit lagi. Perhitungan saya kemarin kalau tidak ada COVID selesai 120 juta, tetapi karena ada COVID, jadi mundur tahun depan,” kata Jokowi.
“Pemerintah baru nanti yang akan menyelesaikan sehingga tidak ada lagi yang namanya sengketa-sengketa (lahan),” ujar Presiden menambahkan.
Presiden Jokowi menjelaskan pentingnya sertifikat sebagai tanda bukti hukum atas tanah yang dimiliki. Di dalam sertifikat tersebut sudah tertulis jelas nama pemegang hak atas tanah, luas tanah, dan alamat tanah berlokasi.
“Jadi, kalau ada orang datang (mengklaim) ‘ini tanah saya’ bisa dijawab dengan sertifikat ini. Sertifikatnya ada. Dulu sengketa pengadilan butuh bertahun-tahun proses gugatan hukum karena (masyarakat) tidak pegang sertifikat. Kalau sekarang sudah pegang tanda bukti hak hukum atas tanah yang kita miliki sudah bisa tenang,” tutur Presiden Jokowi.
