Arusberita.id – Semangat “Mboten Korupsi Mboten Ngapusi” yang digelorakan Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ganjar Pranowo, telah mengakar sampai bawah. Slogan itu mampu menjadi budaya antikorupsi dan membawa perubahan pada perilaku jujur dan disiplin pejabat serta aparatur sipil negara (ASN).
Bupati Temanggung Al Khadziq mengatakan, Ganjar Pranowo merupakan gubernur yang paling giat dalam urusan pemberantasan korupsi. Kampanye antikorupsi selalu digelorakan, bahkan menjadi slogan “Mboten Korupsi Mboten Ngapusi“.
“Dari slogannya yakni ora korupsi ora ngapusi itu betul-betul ia wujudkan, sampai di akhir masa jabatannya,” ujarnya, seusai Pengukuhan Komunitas Penyuluh Antikorupsi – Ahli Pembangunan Integritas (Kompak API) Jawa Tengah, di Grhadhika Bhakti Praja, Senin (7/8/2023).
Menurutnya, semangat Ganjar itu menular sampai di tingkatan kabupaten/ kota, bahkan desa.
“Jadi semangat Pak Gub dalam menggelorakan budaya antikorupsi betul-betul mewarnai pemerintah daerah, apalagi di kabupaten-kabupaten. Sehingga, memberi semangat pada kepala daerah dan juga ASN di seluruh Jawa Tengah, khususnya di Kabuaten Temanggung, untuk ikut arahan Pak Gubernur, ora korupsi ora ngapusi,” tegasnya.
Hal senada juga disampaikan Bupati Kendal, Dico M Ganinduto. Upaya pencegahan korupsi di Jawa Tengah selalu meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Bukan hanya di tingkat pemprov, pemkab atau pemkot, melainkan juga sampai di tingkat desa.
“Selalu ada peningkatan dari tahun ke tehun, upaya pencegahan dari tingkat desa, kabupaten, maupun provinsi sendiri,” paparnya.
Dico menerangkan, upaya pencegahan dan pemberantasan korupsi di bawah kepemimpinan Gubernur Ganjar, selalu dilakukan kolaborasi antara pemprov dan pemkab atau pemkot.
“Kolaborasi antara pemprov dan pemkab. Harapannya, upaya pencegahan harus bisa dimaksimalkan. Slogan provinsi (Mboten Korusi Mboten Ngapusi), dan itu diterapkan di Kendal, sehingga pemprov dan pemkab harus bersinergi,” tuturnya.
Dalam kepemimpinannya di Jateng, Ganjar sukses membangun sistem pencegahan korupsi di Jateng, dengan menerapkan kurikulum antikorupsi di sekolah, membangun desa antikorupsi, hingga komitmen menciptakan pemerintahan yang bersih lewat sikap tegasnya kepada ASN.
Sebagai informasi, selama dua periode kepemimpinannya, Ganjar juga menciptakan berbagai inovasi. Misalnya layanan aduan online LaporGub, menggratiskan biaya pendidikan, menggencarkan reformasi birkorasi, dan program lainnya.
Ketegasan Ganjar dalam memerangi perilaku koruptif membuahkan hasil yang memuaskan. Provinsi Jawa Tengah menjadi juara umum penghargaan antikorupsi dari Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). Pasalnya, Jateng menyabet empat penghargaan sekaligus, dalam upaya pengelolaan LHKPN dan pengendalian gratifikasi terbaik. Penghargaan itu diberikan KPK kepada Jateng, saat puncak peringatan Hari Antikorupsi Sedunia (Hakordia) secara daring, Rabu (16/12/2020).
Jawa Tengah kembali mendapat penghargaan dari KPK di tahun 2021, karena memeroleh nilai 94,55 dalam capaian Indeks Pencegahan Korupsi tahun 2021.
Bukan hanya dari KPK, Ganjar juga mampu menorehkan Jawa Tengah meraih opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI untuk ke-12 kali berturut-turut hingga 2023.
Sementara, Gubernur Ganjar Pranowo menuturkan, kampanye antikorupsi akan terus dilakukan. Salah satunya, dengan adanya Kompak API Jawa Tengah, yang menjadi agen penyuluhan antikorupsi.
“Dan saya senang dari kabupaten/ kota hadir, yang kompak dibina terus menerus. Harapan saya kampanye antikorupsi dengan cara-cara yang kekinian, seperti buat game, kemudian sampaikan ke medsos agar bisa menjangkau ke semua tempat, bahwa kita bisa melakukan sebuah tindakan yang baik, berintegritas, tanpa korupsi. Nanti saya suruh kasih contoh-contohnya, sehingga pelatihan ini menjadi penting,” tandasnya.
