Arusberita.id – Kepala Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) Bambang Susantono menyebutkan, perkembangan pembangunan IKN sesungguhnya juah lebih maju, dari sebelumnya. Ia menyampaikan itu dalam rapat perdana dengan Komisi II DPR RI, Senin (18/3/2024).
Bambang pun menjelaskan perkembangan pembangunan IKN, antara lain Kawasan Istana Kepresidenan, gedung dan Kawasan Kantor Kemenko. Perkembangan pembangunan Gedung Kawasan Kantor Kemensetneg, Rumah Tapak Menteri, Rusun Polri dan BIN, serta Rusun ASN juga disampaikan.
“Perkembangan hari ini jauh lebih maju. Jauh lebih terlihat,” kata Bambang.
Ia merinci, sudah ada persiapan untuk upacara 17 Agustus. Hal ini menunjukkan integrasi antara perayaan kebangsaan, pengembangan infrastruktur, sekaligus rencana ekosistem yang terbangun di akhir 2024.
Ekosistem tersebut terdiri dari bangunan gedung infrastruktur yang dibangun oleh Kementerian PUPR dan swasta. “Beberapa investor swasta yang sudah mulai kelihatan gedungnya terutama untuk Hotel Nusantara,” ujar Bambang.
Hotel Nusantara diharapkan selesai pada Agustus. Hotel ini bisa mulai beroperasi dengan 200 kamar.
Bambang menegaskan, pengembangan, dan penataan kawasan lingkungan IKN, menjadi aspek yang sangat penting bagi Otorita. Untuk itu, penanganan penataan kawasan di wilayah, serta kepastian bahwa pembangunan tidak merugikan masyarakat setempat harus ada.
Ini mengingat IKN bukan hanya dirancang sebagai kota cerdas. Kota ini juga didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip people (manusia), nature (alam), dan culture (budaya).
“Kami ingin mereka itu menjadi di bagian dalam IKN, dan bagaimana mereka nanti hidup lebih baik, lebih sejahtera. Jika dari mereka ingin membuka usaha akan kami sediakan tempat yang kami tata dalam satu kawasan yang humanis,” ucapnya.
Ketua Komisi II DPR RI Ahmad Doli Kurnia Tandjung menyambut baik rapat perdana dengan Otorita IKN. “Selama ini Komisi II mitra kerja samanya 16, sekarang 17, bertambah dengan Otorita IKN,” kata Doli.
