Arusberita.id – Presiden terpilih Prabowo Subianto berencana akan menjalankan program Makan Bergizi Gratis mulai Januari 2025 mendatang.
Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional Dadan Hindayana mengatakan, dari hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan pada satuan pelayanan, program tersebut membutuhkan 200 kilogram beras, 350 kilogram daging ayam hingga susu sebanyak 600 liter setiap harinya.
Dadan menyebut, jumlah kebutuhan tersebut hanya untuk satuan pelayanan di suatu wilayah.
“Dari hasil percontohan kami di satuan pelayanan dengan layanan terhadap 3.000 anak setiap hari dibutuhkan 200 kilogram beras, 350 kilogram ayam, atau 3.000 telur dan 350 kilogram sayur, serta susu 600 liter sehari,” ujar Dadan dalam acara BNI Investor Daily Summit, Selasa (8/10).
Oleh karena itu, Dadan menyebut, apabila satu satuan pelayanan membutuhkan 350 kilogram sayur untuk 3.000 anak, maka akan ada peluang baru bagi pertanian untuk bisa tumbuh lewat Koperasi maupun BUMDes.
Begitu juga dengan kebutuhan 600 liter susu per hari. Dadan menyebut, untuk memenuhi program tersebut maka dibutuhkan 60 ekor sapi dalam satu satuan pelayanan di wilayah.
“Kalau satu pelayanan dengan 3.000 anak butuh 600 liter per hari susu maka dibutuhkan atau pelayanan itu 60 ekor sapi. Kalau satu kecamatan lima pelayanan, minimal 300 sapi harus sudah ada dalam satu pelayanan,” katanya.
Oleh karena itu, ia menyebut program MBG menjadi tantangan tersendiri namun juga menjadi peluang bagi UMKM untuk tumbuh.
“Jadi ini sebetulnya merupakan tantangan tersendiri dan peluang tersendiri bagi pengusaha termasuk menumbuhkan UMKM,” terang Dadan.
