Arusberita.id – Hingga akhir Agustus 2023, pemerintah telah menggelontorkan Rp 1.170,8 triliun untuk belanja pemerintah pusat (BPP).
Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani Indrawati menyebut, lebih dari separuh belanja pemerintah pusat (BPP) merupakan belanja yang langsung dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat.
Bendahara negara bilang, sekitar 55,5% dari BPP atau setara Rp 649,7 triliun adalah dana yang berdampak langsung pada masyarakat.
“Langsung dirasakan oleh masyarakat, mulai dari perlindungan sosial bagi petani, sampai bagi para siswa,” tegas Sri Mulyani dalam konferensi pers APBN KiTa, Selasa (19/9).
Sri Mulyani pun memerinci. Dalam pos belanja kementerian/lembaga (K/L), belanja yang langsung dirasakan oleh masyarakat adalah belanja perlindungan sosial, petani, dan UMKM.
Ini mencakup program keluarga harapan (PKH) yang hingga Agustus 2023 tersalurkan Rp 19,1 triliun. Kemudian kartu sembako yang sudah tersalurkan Rp 29,7 triliun, juga bagi PBI JKN sebesar Rp 30,9 triliun.
Pemerintah juga telah menyalurkan dana Rp 923,1 miliar untuk bantuan benih, mulsa, dan pupuk organik. Ada juga Rp 480,3 miliar untuk bantuan alat dan mesin pertanian, juga Rp 125,4 miliar untuk bantuan ternak.
Dalam hal pendidikan, hingga Agustus 2023 pemerintah sudah menyalurkan dana Rp 6,7 triliun untuk program Indonesia Pintar, Rp 8,7 triliun untuk program KIP kuliah, juga Rp 7,2 triliun dana BOS dan Rp 3,4 triliun BOPTN.
Dari sisi infrastruktur, hingga Agustus 2023, pemerintah telah menggelontorkan dana Rp 90,2 triliun untuk pembangunan dan rehabilitasi infrastruktur serta Rp 1,7 triliun untuk bantuan bencana.
Bila dari sisi belanja non-K/L, pemerintah telah menyalurkan Rp 54,0 triliun untuk subsidi dan kompensasi listrik.
Ada juga Rp 41,5 triliun untuk subsidi LPG 3 kilogram dan Rp 61,4 triliun untuk subsidi dan kompensasi bahan bakar minyak (BBM).
Sebanyak Rp 539,8 miliar juga dibelanjakan untuk subsidi perumahan, serta Rp 2,8 triliun untuk kartu prakerja.
