Arusberita.id – Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga Republik Indonesia (Menpora RI) Dito Ariotedjo melakukan kunjungan ke Lapangan Tembak Rindam di Mata Ie, Aceh Besar, pada Rabu (18/9/2024). Kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk meninjau kesiapan venue menembak.
Dito menyatakan bahwa venue tembak saat ini sudah siap digunakan karena telah diperbaiki, dan ia yakin lapangan tembak tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik.
“Alhamdulillah, venue menembak sudah pulih. Saya yakin ke depannya venue ini akan dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik,” ujarnya, dikutip dari Media Center PON Aceh-Sumut 2024.
Ia menekankan pentingnya perbaikan dan tindak lanjut yang diperlukan untuk memastikan kualitas venue, terlebih venue tersebut digunakan untuk pertandingan PON.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Dito juga mengaku mengunjungi Stadion Harapan Bangsa. Menurutnya, tantangan utama saat ini ialah cuaca ekstrem.
Ia juga mengapresiasi tenaga medis yang merespons cepat dalam segala kondisi. “Masyarakat Aceh dapat memahami kondisi cuaca saat ini, dan saya menghargai kesigapan semua pihak dalam memperbaiki venue yang ada,” tambahnya.
