Arusberita.id – Digitalisasi menjadi kunci percepatan pelayanan publik karena dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas dan kualitas pelayanan publik.
Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) Abdullah Azwar Anas menyebut digitalisasi tidak hanya berperan dalam akselerasi pelayanan publik tetapi juga dapat memperkuat upaya penanggulangan terorisme.
“Transformasi digital yang sedang dikerjakan pemerintah saat ini bukan hanya bertujuan mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan atau meningkatkan ease of doing business bagi investor. Lebih dari itu, transformasi digital juga diharapkan bisa mempermudah kerja Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Terorisme (BNPT) dalam penanggulangan radikalisme dan terorisme di Indonesia,” ujarnya dalam Rapat Kerja Nasional BNPT Tahun 2024 di Jakarta, Selasa (20/02).
Menteri PANRB Abdullah Azwar Anas mendorong agar BNPT turut menyukseskan digitalisasi pemerintahan yang menjadi agenda pemerintah saat ini, salah satunya dengan menginteroperabilitaskan berbagai aplikasi di internal BNPT.
Anas juga mendorong agar BNPT memaksimalkan pemanfaatan platform digital yang telah dimilikinya agar penanggulangan terorisme semakin efektif dan efisien.
“Program digitalisasi di BNPT menjadi niscaya dan penting bagaimana agar kinerja organisasi di BNPT ke depan akan jauh lebih hebat dibanding dari sekarang yang telah dicapai. BNPT juga bisa mendorong sistem digitalnya agar target-target dapat dicapai dengan maksimal,” ungkapnya.
Dari segi kelembagaan BNPT, Menteri Anas menyebut akan diambil langkah strategis untuk memperkuat penanganan tindak pidana terorisme secara terpadu, melalui penguatan peran BNPT sebagai pusat analisis pengendalian krisis penanggulangan terorisme; serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital berupa artificial intelligence dan big data.
Kementerian PANRB merekomendasikan langkah-langkah strategis yang dapat dilakukan oleh BNPT salah satunya melalui optimalisasi transformasi digital dalam pelaksanaan peran BNPT sebagai pusat analisis pengendalian krisis penanggulangan terorisme.
“Saya berharap BNPT dapat menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya secara serius, fokus, efektif, efisien, dan memberikan kemanfaatan bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah,” ungkap Anas seraya mengakhiri sambutannya.
Kepala BNPT Komjen Pol. Mohammed Rycko Amelza Dahniel mengatakan starategi penanggulangan terorisme akan fokus pada mencegah, mempersiapkan melindungi, memberantas dan bermitra dalam upaya Penanggulangan Terorisme bersama BNPT.
Dari segi pemanfaatan digitalisasi, BNPT telah memiliki platform digital Indonesia Knowledge Hub on Countering Terrorism and Violent Extremism (I-Khub on CT/VE) yang dibuat sebagai penghubung perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program serta produk pengetahuan antara Kementerian/Lembaga, Pemerintah Daerah, Lembaga Donor, Lembaga Multilateral, LSM dan sektor swasta.
I-KHub sebagai produk pengetahuan berdasarkan evidance-based dapat menjadi rujukan pengambilan kebijakan untuk mencegah dan menanggulangi ekstremisme berbasis kekerasan yang mengarah kepada terorisme sesuai dengan Renstra 2020-2024.
Awal Februari, Rycko dan jajaran baru saja meluncurkan warung NKRI Digital di Desa Kahuman, Kecamatan Polanharjo, Klaten.
Warung NKRI Digital merupakan program pengembangan warung tradisional, yang menjual kebutuhan harian masyarakat hingga produk lokal potensial, namun dikombinasikan dengan perangkat teknologi informasi. Sehingga, tak hanya menjadi sarana peningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat, warung tersebut juga bisa menjadi sarana edukasi, hingga peningkatan wawasan kebangsaan.
“Saya berharap ke depan pemanfaatan platform digital di lingkup BNPT dapat terus berkembang dan bermanfaat dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan ekstremisme berbasis kekerasan yang mengarah pada terorisme di Indonesia,” tandasnya.
