Arusberita.id – Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara (OIKN) menegaskan bahwa berbagai fasilitas yang disediakan di IKN bukan hanya diperuntukkan bagi aparatur sipil negara (ASN) yang tinggal di sana.
“Ini salah pahamnya. Mungkin dinilai fasilitas di IKN itu hanya untuk ASN, padahal tidak,” kata Deputi Bidang Pendanaan dan Investasi OIKN Agung Wicaksono saat ditemui di sela acara “Workshop on International Financial Center di Ibu Kota Nusantara” di Jakarta, Senin.
Menurut Agung, berbagai fasilitas di IKN nantinya juga disediakan untuk bisa dimanfaatkan oleh seluruh kalangan masyarakat.
“Jelas IKN ini nanti pasti akan ada warga yang tinggal dan bekerja di sana, bekerja di RS, hotel, shopping mall, kita juga akan siapkan fasilitas untuk itu,” ujar Agung.
Agung mencontohkan pada sektor pelayanan kesehatan. Sesuai arahan Menteri Kesehatan, rumah sakit di IKN dibangun dengan standar kualitas maupun kuantitas di atas rata-rata.
Dari sisi kuantitas, terangnya, rasio antara jumlah penduduk dengan tempat tidur di rumah sakit di Indonesia yaitu 1:1,8. Sementara di IKN, ditargetkan rasionya menjadi 1:3 sehingga tersedia 3 kali lebih banyak tempat tidur dibandingkan rumah sakit di wilayah lain.
Sementara itu dari sisi kualitas, Agung menjelaskan rumah sakit di IKN harus memiliki kualitas yang lebih baik dan pelayanan yang lebih lengkap.
Tidak hanya melayani warga IKN, jelasnya, rumah sakit di IKN juga diharapkan dapat melayani warga dari kota sekitarnya seperti Balikpapan dan Samarinda mengingat hadirnya jalan tol menuju IKN yang dijadwalkan rampung tahun depan.
“Kalau layanan di IKN ini lebih bagus, bisa menarik warga di luar IKN dan bahkan ini visi ke depan bagaimana bisa membuat masyarakat Indonesia tidak lagi harus berobat ke luar negeri, untuk berobat bisa datang ke IKN,” kata Agung.
