Arusberita.id – Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) mempercepat pembangunan jalan tol dan non tol sebagai akses menuju Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) guna mengejar target fungsional jelang upacara HUT ke-79 Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia.
Direktur Jenderal Bina Marga Kementerian PUPR Rachman Arief mengatakan, percepatan yang dilakukan mencakup jalan tol IKN, yakni Seksi 3A Karangjoang-KKT Kariangau, Seksi 3B KKT Kariangau-Simpang Tempadung, Seksi 5A Simpang Tempadung-Jembatan Pulau Balang. Kemudian Jalan Bebas Hambatan Seksi 5B Jembatan Pulau Balang-Simpang Riko, Jalan Bebas Hambatan Seksi 6A Simpang Riko-Outer Ring Road IKN, dan Jalan Bebas Hambatan Seksi 6B Outer Ring Road-Simpang Tiga ITCI.
“Ruas jalan tol dan non tol kita percepat. Biasanya waktu tempuh 2,5 jam.
Dengan fungsionalisasi Tol 3A, 3B, 5A, dan 6A, waktu tempuh bisa 70-71 menit. Seksi 6B belum ya,” tutur Rachman, saat menemani kunjungan kerja Komisi V DPR RI, ke IKN, Selasa (2/7/2024).
Selain infrastruktur konektivitas, Kementerian PUPR juga mempercepat pembangunan Kawasan Istana Presiden yang meliputi Kantor Presiden, Istana Negara, dan Lapangan Upacara, serta ekosistem perkantoran yang termasuk dalam Batch I.
