Arusberita.id – Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Arifin Tasrif mengatakan, pihaknya saat ini tengah melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem distribusi dari LPG subsidi 3 kilogram (Kg).
“Kita sedang evaluasi di sistem distribusinya, ini yang kita harus evaluasi karena harus bisa meminimalisir potensi kebocoran,” kata Arifin di Komplek Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta, Senin (31/7).
Adapun untuk alokasi LPG 3 Kg Arifin mengatakan mencukupi. Di mana pemerintah menyediakan sekitar 8 juta ton LPG, dan di antaranya merupakan LPG 3 Kg.
“Alokasinya cukup, kan tiap tahun menyediakan 8 juta ton total LPG, dan diantaranya gas 3 kilo. Ini kita sedang evaluasi tim Pertamina dan ESDM, bagaimana kita bisa menyiapkan aturan pendistribusian yang tepat sasaran, tepat sasaran lho,” imbuhnya.
Arifin mengatakan, evaluasi penyaluran gas subsidi 3 Kg bisa saja mencontoh seperti yang diterapkan dalam penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi.
Maka kemungkinan nantinya dalam penyaluran gas LPG 3 kg akan dibuat juga Rencana Definitif Kebutuhan Kelompok (RDKK) seperti dalam penyaluran pupuk.
“Sama kayak pupuk dulu, dulu kan kita ada RDKK, itu diinventarisir di satu daerah kelompok-kelompok yang butuh gas 3 kg itu berapa banyak orang dan itu terdaftar, dan mereka akan berhubungan dengan salah satu atau dua penyalur,” ujarnya.
Ia menambahkan, nantinya penyaluran LPG 3 Kg yang semula berdasarkan kios-kios, kemudian akan dibentuk regional grupnya. Dengan demikian menurutnya akan nampak jelas ke mana dan untuk siapa gas bersubsidi tersebut tersalur.
“Jadi jelas ini ke sini untuk siapa dan RDKK-nya jelas, si penerimanya siapa,” kata Arifin
Kapan sistem distribusi tersebut akan dimulai Arifin belum bisa menyampaikan lantaran evaluasi masih berjalan.
Namun Ia tak memungkiri bahwa salah satu opsi yang disiapkan adalah menjadikan kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) sebagai syarat membeli gas elpiji 3 Kg.
“(Beli pakai KTP?) Iya, harusnya kan sekarang 3 Kg ni untuk siapa? (Masyarakat miskin) ya kan, itu kita harus tau untuk siapa,” tegasnya.
Saat ini Arifin mengatakan, untuk penentuan penyalur dari sistem yang baru masih harus disempurnakan.
Evaluasi sistem distribusi dari gas 3 kg dilakukan untuk mengatasi adanya potensi kebocoran dari penyaluran LPG subsidi tersebut.
