Arusberita.id – Badan Pangan Nasional/National Food Agency (NFA) mengantisipasi lonjakan harga pangan jelang Idul Adha. Pasalnya, setiap kali hari raya harga pangan pasti naik.

Kepala NFA Arief Prasetyo Adi mengatakan, Gerakan Pangan Murah (GPM) menjadi salah satu instrumen pengendalian inflasi pangan di mana pemerintah menyediakan berbagai bahan pangan pokok strategis antara lain beras, minyak goreng, daging ayam, daging sapi, cabai, bawang, dan lainnya dengan harga yang terjangkau atau di bawah harga pasar.

Sejak awal 2023 hingga saat ini, NFA memfasilitasi GPM di 28 Provinsi dan 117 kabupaten/kota dengan frekuensi mencapai 215 kali kegiatan GPM.GPM ini akan terus ditingkatkan frekuensinya hingga menjelang Idul Adha dengan mengelar GPM serentak di H-3 di 290 lokasi di seluruh Indonesia.

Sedangkan Fasilitasi Distribusi Pangan (FDP) mencakup beragam komoditas (beras, jagung, gula , dan minyak goreng) didistribusikan dari daerah surplus ke defisit. Total distribusi di tahun 2023 mencapai 1.200 ton.

Selain itu,  NFA juga terus menguatkan kolaborasi bersama kementerian/lembaga, pemerintah daerah, BUMN, BUMD, asosiasi dan pelaku usaha. Dengan menggencarkan gelar pangan murah, fasilitasi distribusi pangan, dan memaksimalkan bantuan pangan untuk masyarakat berpendapatan rendah.

Menurut Arief, meningkatnya permintaan (demand) pada momentum Idul Adha merupakan siklus tahunan. Di mana pemerintah harus memastikan pasokan aman dan terjangkau sehingga tidak terjadi kelangkaan yang menyebabkan melonjaknya harga.

“Kita bersama seluruh stakeholders tentunya terus memantau pergerakan pasokan dan harga pangan, juga melakukan intervensi di lapangan melalui serangkaian kegiatan antara lain gerakan pangan murah dan fasilitasi distribusi pangan untuk mengantisipasi meningkatnya kebutuhan pangan jelang Idul Adha,” ujar Arief dalam keterangan pers, Selasa (20/6/2023).

Berdasarkan Panel Harga Pangan melalui panelharga.badanpangan.go.id terpantau beberapa komoditas pangan mengalami penurunan dalam periode 11 sampai 19 Juni 2023, seperti kedelai biji kering turun 0,54%, beras medium 0,17%, bawang putih bonggol 0,11%, daging ayam ras 0,03%, dan minyak goreng kemasan 0,56%.

Sementara komoditas mengalami kenaikan, antara lain jagung di tingkat peternak 0,47%, daging sapi murni 0,10%, dan cabai rawit merah 0,15%. Sedangkan bawang merah, telur ayam ras, dan gula konsumsi terpantau stabil.

“Pada momentum Hari Besar Keagamaan Nasional memang biasanya terjadi kenaikan permintaan yang menyebabkan kenaikan harga pada beberapa komoditas tertentu. Namun kita akan terus memastikan bahwa pasokan cukup dan harga terjangkau,” pungkas Arief.
