Arusberita.id – Sebanyak 500 ribu unit rice cooker atau alat memasak berbasis listrik (AML) akan dibagikan pemerintah kepada masyarakat pada tahun ini melalui Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM). Ternyata ini alasannya.
Dilansir detikFinance, Senin (9/10/2023), rencana bagi-bagi rice cooker ini tertuang dalam Peraturan Menteri ESDM Nomor 11 Tahun 2023 tentang Penyediaan Alat Memasak Berbasis Listrik Bagi Rumah Tangga.
Telah diterbitkan pula Petunjuk Teknis Penyediaan Alat Memasak Berbasis Listrik (AML) melalui Keputusan Menteri ESDM Nomor 548.K/TL.04/DJL.3/2023.
Program pemberian AML pada tahun ini merupakan insentif kepada rumah tangga yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Hal itu disampaikan oleh Direktur Jenderal Ketenagalistrikan Jisman P Hutajulu dalam laman Kementerian ESDM.
“Tujuan program ini adalah menjamin akses energi bersih yang terjangkau, andal dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu program ini bertujuan mengurangi impor LPG yang digunakan untuk memasak, meningkatkan konsumsi listrik perkapita, serta mendukung teknologi memasak yang lebih bersih,” kata Jisman dikutip detikFinance dari laman Kementerian ESDM.
Jisman menjelaskan program penyediaan AML sebanyak 500.000 unit pada 2023 di seluruh Indonesia berpotensi meningkatkan konsumsi listrik 140 GWh, setara dengan kapasitas pembangkitan 20 MW. Program ini juga disebut berpotensi menghemat LPG 29 juta kilo atau setara 9,7 juta tabung 3 kg.
“Program ini akan bermanfaat kepada pelanggan yang dapat menurunkan biaya sebagian memasak yang sebelumnya menggunakan LPG. Untuk Pemerintah, program ini dapat mengurangi subsidi impor LPG 3 kg yang digunakan untuk memasak. Bagi PLN program ini dapat meningkatkan penjualan listrik,” ujar Jisman.
Target Rumah Tangga Penerima AML
Jisman juga menyampaikan target rumah tangga penerima AML adalah pelanggan PLN atau PLN Batam berdaya 450-1.300 VA yang berdomisili di daerah tersedia listrik 24 jam menyala, rumah tangga tersebut tidak memiliki AML.
“Alat memasak listrik ini harus memiliki kandungan dalam negeri yang dibuktikan dengan sertifikat TKDN, sesuai Standar Nasional Indonesia, dan memiliki label hemat energi. Spesifikasi AML yang akan didistribusikan antara lain berfungsi minimal memasak nasi, menghangatkan dan mengukus dengan kapasitas sebesar 1,8 sd 2,2 liter,” imbuh Jisman.
Jisman menambahkan, program ini merupakan hibah dari pemerintah. Oleh karena itu perlu disematkan stiker yang bertuliskan ‘Hibah Kementerian ESDM’ dan ‘Tidak untuk diperjualbelikan’.
Selaku pelaksana program, Ditjen Ketenagalistrikan saat ini tengah menyiapkan data calon penerima AML berdasarkan usulan dari kepala desa atau pejabat setingkat, kemudian dilakukan verifikasi yang melibatkan PLN dan PLN Batam. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengadaan dan pendistribusian ke masyarakat.
