Arusberita.id – Pemerintah tengah menyiapkan Desain Besar Kepemudaan Nasional (DBKN). Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk mendorong pembangunan kepemudaan di Indonesia.
Wakil Presiden Ma’ruf Amin mengatakan, Indeks Pembangunan Pemuda (IPP) tahun 2022 sebesar 55,33 poin atau naik 2 poin dari tahun 2021 sebesar 53,33. Ditargetkan, IPP akan mencapai 57,67 pada tahun 2024.
Menurut Wapres, beberapa langkah strategis untuk mencapai target IPP tersebut antara lain dengan memaksimalkan peran semua Kementerian Koordinator selaku anggota tim pengarah untuk mengawal dan monitoring pelaksanaan Rencana Aksi Nasional (RAN) pada masing-masing Kementerian/Lembaga (K/L) yang dikoordinasikan.
Selain itu, komitmen pejabat di K/L yang menangani Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Kepemudaan dalam Tim Kelompok Kerja juga perlu ditingkakan.
Dukungan anggaran, sambung Wapres, juga harus tetap diberikan kepada Kementerian/Lembaga dan Pemerintah Daerah agar program dan kegiatan kepemudaan berjalan secara optimal.
Lebih jauh, Wapres meminta semua Kementerian/Lembaga agar memfokuskan RAN untuk pencapaian target IPP 2024, terutama domain Kesempatan dan Lapangan Kerja, serta domain Partisipasi dan Kepemimpinan yang pencapaiannya masih rendah dan stagnan.
“Kemudian juga kita sedang menyiapkan menyusun Desain Besar Kepemudaan Nasional (DBKN) untuk kita punya target – target yang pasti tentang pembangunan kepemudaan,” ujar Wapres di Istana Wakil Presiden, Kamis (25/1).
Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga Dito Ariotedjo menambahkan, terkait dengan Desain Besar Kepemudaan Nasional, pihaknya baru saja menyelesaikan harmonisasi dengan seluruh 27 kementerian/lembaga yang terkait dengan pelayanan kepemudaan. Saat ini sudah masuk kepada tahap permohonan produk dasar hukumnya.
“Kita menargetkan sebelum dari masa purna pemerintahan saat ini, ini sudah bisa diluncurkan agar ke depan roadmap pembangunan pemuda ini tidak terputus dan berkelanjutan,” jelas Dito.
