Arusberita.id – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) ikut menghadiri Sidang Tahunan MPR, DPR, dan DPD RI pada Rabu, 16 Agustus 2023. Dalam acara yang digelar secara langsung di gedung DPR RI itu, Presiden Jokowi tampak hadir dengan mengenakan baju Adat Tanimbar, Maluku.
Presiden Jokowi pun disambut langsung Ketua MPR Bambang Soesatyo dan Ketua DPD La Nyalla Mahmud Mattalitti. Dalam pidato kenegaraan, Jokowi menyampaikan berbagai isu mulai dari permasalahan rakyat hingga perekomonian, hilirisasi, serta perkembangan penanganan stunting di Indonesia.
Berikut adalah beberapa poin penting pidato Jokowi dalam Sidang Tahunan MPR, DPR, dan DPD RI yang dirangkum Liputan6.com dari berbagai sumber, Rabu (16/8/2023) :
Penyalahgunaan Kebebasan Berpendapat dan Demokrasi
Di Sidang Tahunan MPR, DPR, dan DPD RI, Jokowi menyinggung budaya santun budi pekerti luhur di Indonesia yang mulai memudar.
“Apapun bisa sampai ke Presiden. Mulai dari masalah rakyat di pinggiran sampai kemarahan, ejekan, bahkan makian dan fitnahan. Bisa dengan mudah disampaikan,” kata Jokowi dalam pidatonya di Sidang Tahunan MPR RI, Sidang Bersama DPR RI – DPD RI, yang disiarkan langsung secara daring pada Rabu, 16 Agustus 2023.
“Tapi yang membuat saya sedih budaya santun budi pekerti luhur bangsa ini, kok kelihatannya mulai hilang? Kebebasan dan demokrasi digunakan untuk melampiaskan kedengkian dan fitnah. Polusi di wilayah budaya ini sangat melukai keluhuran budi pekerti bangsa Indonesia.. Memang tidak semua seperti itu,” ungkapnya.
Jokowi pun meyerukan masyarakat untuk menjaga mentalitas sekitarnya, sehingga Indonesia bisa tetap melangkah maju, menjalankan transformasi menuju Indonesia Emas 2045.
“Ini yang bolak balik saya sampaikan di setiap kesempatan. Bahwa Indonesia saat ini punya peluang besar. Untuk meraih Indonesia Emas 2045 meraih posisi jadi 5 besar kekuatan ekonomi dunia dan tidak hanya peluangnya saja. Tapi strategi untuk meraihnya sudah ada, sudah dirumuskan. Tinggal apakah kita mau memfokuskan energi kita untuk bergerak maju atau justru membuang energi kita untuk hal-hal yang tidak produktif, yang memecah belah,” tambah Jokowi di Sidang Tahunan MPR, DPR, dan DPD RI.
Bonus Demografi RI
Dalam kesempatan itu, Jokowi juga menyoroti pelung besar dari bonus demografi terhadap perekomonian di Indonesia.
“Bonus demografi yang akan mencapai puncak di Tahun 2030-an adalah peluang besar kita untuk meraih Indonesia Emas 2045, 68% adalah penduduk usia produktif. Disinilah kunci peningkatan produktivitas nasional kita,” jelas Jokowi di Sidang Tahunan MPR, DPR, dan DPD RI.
Selanjutnya Peluang besar yang kedua adalah kepercayaan internasional yang dimiliki Indonesia saat ini, yang dibangun bukan sekedar melalui retorika semata.
“Melainkan melalui sebuah peran dan bukti nyata keberanian Indonesia dalam bersikap,” ujar Presiden.
Jokowi melanjutkan, hal itu tercermin dari momentum Presidensi Indonesia di G20, Keketuaan Indonesia di ASEAN dan konsistensi dalam menjunjung HAM kemanusiaan dan kesetaraan, serta kesuksesan menghadapi krisis dunia dalam 3 tahun terakhir, yang menempatkan Indonesia kembali dalam peta percaturan dunia.
Di tambah lagi, Indonesia dengan Pancasila-nya, dengan harmoni keberagamannya, dengan prinsip demokrasinya mampu menghadirkan ruang dialog, mampu menjadi titik temu dan menjembatani perbedaan- perbedaan yang ada.
“Lembaga think tank Australia Lowy Institute menyebut Indonesia sebagai middle power in Asia dengan diplomatic influence Yang terus meningkat tajam dan Indonesia termasuk 1 dari 6 negara Asia yang mengalami kenaikan comprehensive power,” ungkap Jokowi.
Persiapan SDM Hingga Kemajuan dalam Penanganan Stunting di Indonesia
Selain itu, Jokowi juga memuji persiapan sumber Daya Manusia Indonesia, di mana salah satunya berhasil menurunkan angka stunting menjadi 21,6 persen di 2022, menaikkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia menjadi 72,9 di 2022, menaikkan Indeks Pemberdayaan Gender menjadi 76,5 di 2022.
Adapun persiapan anggaran perlindungan sosial total sebesar Rp 3.212 T dari thn 2015 – 2023.
“Termasuk didalamnya KIS, KIP Kuliah, PKH, Kartu Sembako serta perlindungan kepada lansia, penyandang disabilitas dan kelompok rentan lainnya, serta re-skilling dan up-skilling tenaga kerja melalui Balai Latihan Kerja dan Program Kartu Pra-Kerja,” jelas Jokowi di Sidang Tahunan MPR, DPR, dan DPD RI.
Di saat yang sama, Jokowi menambahkan, SDM yang dipersiapkan Indonesia harus mendapat lapangan kerja untuk bisa menghasilkan produktivitas nasional.
“Sehingga kita juga harus kembangan sektor ekonomi baru yang membuka lapangan kerja sebanyak-banyaknya, yang memberikan nilai tambah sebesar-besarnya,” katanya.
“Disinilah peran sektor Ekonomi hijau dan hilirisasi sebagai window opportunity kita untuk meraih kemajuan karena Indonesia sangat kaya sumber daya alam termasuk bahan mineral, hasil perkebunan, hasil kelautan, serta sumber energi baru dan terbarukan,” tambah dia.
Investasi Hilirisasi Nikel
Jokowi pun kembali menyerukan pemberhentian ekspor bahan mineral mentah dari Indonesia, salah satunya ekspor nikel sejak tahun 2020.
“Investasi hilirisasi nikel tumbuh pesat, kini telah ada 43 pabrik pengolahan nikel yang akan membuka peluang kerja yang sangat besar. Ini baru 1 komoditas,” kata Jokowi dalam pidatonya di Sidang Tahunan MPR RI, Sidang Bersama DPR RI – DPD RI, yang disiarkan langsung secara daring pada Rabu, 16 Agustus 2023.
Jokowi menjelaskan, hal itu dapat tercapai dengan Indonesia yang konsisten dan mampu melakukan hilirisasi untuk nikel tembaga bauksit CPO dan Rumput laut.
Pendapatan per Kapita Indonesia
Presiden juga memamerkan hitung-hitungan perkiraan dalam 10 tahun, yang menunjukkan pendapatan per kapita Indonesia akan capai Rp 153 juta (USD 10.900).
“Dalam 15 tahun, pendapatan per kapita kita akan capai Rp 217 juta ($ 15.800). Dan dalam 22 tahun, pendapatan per kapita kita akan capai Rp 331 juta ($ 25.000). Sebagai perbandingan, tahun 2022 kemarin, kita berada di angka Rp 71 juta,” Jokowi merinci.
Artinya dalam 10 tahun lompatanya bisa 2 kali lipat lebih, dimana fondasi untuk menggapai itu semua sudah dimulai, pembangunan infrastruktur dan konektivitas yang pada akhirnya menaikkan daya saing Indonesia.
“Berdasar International Institute for Management Development (IMD), daya saing kita di 2022 naik dari rangking 44 menjadi 34. Ini merupakan kenaikan tertinggi di dunia,” papar Jokowi saat berpidato dalam Sidang Tahunan MPR, DPR, dan DPD RI.
Selain itu, ada juga pembangunan dari desa pinggiran dan daerah terluar yang pada akhirnya memeratakan ekonomi dengan dana desa yang digelontorkan. Total pengeluaran itu mencapai Rp 539 triliun dari tahun 2015 – 2023.
Pentingnya Konsistensi Reformasi Struktural
Menurut Jokowi, konsistensi reformasi struktural terutama penyederhanaan regulasi, kemudahan perizinan, kepastian hukum dan pencegahan korupsi dapat menjadi modalitas untuk meraih kemajuan.
“Oleh sebab itu saya berulang kali menyampaikan kepemimpinan kedepan sangat menentukan masa depan Indonesia. Ini bukan tentang siapa yang jadi Presidennya. Bukan itu.Tapi apakah sanggup atau tidak?,” ujar Jokowi di Sidang Tahunan MPR, DPR, dan DPD RI pada Rabu, 16 Agustus 2023.
“Untuk bekerja sesuai dengan apa yang sudah dimulai saat ini. Apakah Berani atau tidak? Mampu konsisten atau tidak? Karena yang dibutuhkan itu adalah nafas yang panjang karena kita tidak sedang jalan-jalan sore. Kita juga tidak sedang lari sprint tapi yang kita lakukan harusnya adalah lari marathon untuk mencapai Indonesia Emas,” katanya.
Jokowi mengingatkan, tantangan kedepan tidaklah mudah. Pilihan kebijakan akan semakin sulit sehingga dibutuhkan keberanian, dibutuhkan kepercayaan. Untuk mengambil keputusan yang sulit dan keputusan yang tidak populer.
“Oleh sebab itu menurut saya, pemimpin itu harus punya public trust karena kepercayaan adalah salah satu faktor penentu. Bisa berjalan atau tidaknya suatu kebijakan, bisa diikuti atau tidaknya sebuah keputusan. Ini adalah modal politik dalam memimpin sebuah bangsa. Selain itu seorang pemimpin juga membutuhkan dukungan dan kerjasama dari seluruh komponen bangsa.” imbuhnya.
