Arusberita.id – Presiden Prabowo Subianto mengeluarkan titah kepada seluruh aparat penegak hukum agar tidak ragu dalam memberantas tindak pidana korupsi di Indonesia. Sebab pemberantasan korupsi dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi di dalam negeri.
Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Menteri Koordinator bidang Politik dan Keamanan (Menko Polkam) Budi Gunawan alias BG yang mewakili Presiden Prabowo dalam menghadiri acara Hari Anti-Korupsi Dunia (Hakordia) yang selenggarakan di Gedung Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Jakarta Selatan, Senin (9/12/2024).
“Pencegahan yang diikuti oleh penindakan sebagai pendukung yang kuat bagi pemberantasan korupsi. Pada berbagai kesempatan bapak Presiden Prabowo Subianto juga memerintahkan kepada seluruh penegak hukum untuk tidak boleh ragu-ragu dan harus tegas di dalam pemberantas tidak tidak korupsi, judi online, narkoba dan penyelundupan,” kata Budi Gunawan dalam sambutannya.
“Jika korupsi dapat diberantas, maka ekonomi Indonesia akan tumbuh lebih besar, karena anggaran dan investasi akan lebih efektif dalam menciptakan iklim bisnis yang semakin sehat dan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat serta para investor,” ujar mantan Kepala Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN) ini menambahkan.
Budi mengatakan tindak pidana korupsi merupakan salah satu bentuk kejahatan yang luar biasa serta dapat menghambat pembangunan dan perekonomian dalam negeri.
Penanganan kasus korupsi juga masuk dalam program Asta Cita yang dicetuskan Prabowo dalam hal memperkuat reformasi politik, hukum, dan birokrasi serta memperkuat pencegahan dan pemberantasan korupsi dan narkoba.
“Oleh karenanya, sebagai bagian dari komitmen pemerintah di dalam pemberantasan korupsi, Kemenko Polkam beserta Jaksa Agung, Kapolri, dan kementerian lembaga terkait lainnya terhitung sejak tanggal 4 November 2024 telah membentuk Desk Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi dan Perbaikan Tata Kelola,” kata Budi Gunawan.
Tujuan Desk Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Korupsi
BG mengatakan, tujuan dibentuknya Desk Pencegahan Korupsi dan Tata Kelola ini untuk mencegah korupsi serta memperkuat tata kelola pemerintahan agar lebih transparan dan akuntabel.
Selain itu juga memastikan sinegritas antar lembaga penegakkan hukum dan Kementerian terkait bisa lebih efektif dalam pencapaian target. Dia lantas membeberkan bukti dari pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi itu.
“Terbukti efektif adalah dengan terus-menerus melakukan perbaikan pada proses tata kelola pemerintahan melalui digitalisasi dan reformasi sistemis pada aspek birokrasi pemerintah,” bebernya.
Terdapat tiga hal yang menjadi resep pemerintah era Prabowo sebagai alat dalam hal mencegah dan memberantas rasuah. Dikatakan BG, salah satunya dengan penerapan e-budgeting dalam pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) dan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD).
Pengawasan Penggunaan Anggaran Lebih Mudah
Penerapan dua hal tersebut dilakukan secara digital sehingga pengawasan penggunaan anggaran akan lebih mudah dan mengurangi potensi terjadinya manipulasi.
“Di samping itu e-proverment juga menjadi andalan di dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa secara elektronik tujuannya adalah untuk mengurangi interaksi langsung yang sering memicu terjadinya kolusi dan korupsi sehingga memastikan proses tender bisa lebih adil dan transparan,” ucap BG.
“Sistem pelayanan publik berbasis online ini akan terus dikembangkan seperti dalam hal pembuatan KTP pembayaran pajak sehingga memungkinkan masyarakat dapat mengakses layanan tanpa harus berhadapan langsung dengan para petugas guna mengurangi pungutan liar,” kata BG menandaskan.
