Arusberita.id – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) melarang kementerian dan lembaga membuat aplikasi baru. Presiden menginginkan pelayanan masyarakat dapat terealisasi dalam satu aplikasi melalui sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik (SPBE).
“Sistem pemerintah berbasis elektronik ini bukan membangun aplikasi baru. Bapak Presiden (Jokowi) memberikan arahan tidak boleh lagi membangun aplikasi-aplikasi baru,” ujar Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Menpan RB) Abdullah Azwar Anas usai melakukan rapat terbatas soal Percepatan Layanan Digital, Senin, 12 Juni 2023.
Azwar menjelaskan terdapat lebih dari 27 ribu aplikasi milik kementerian dan lembaga. Hal ini sangat menyulitkan masyarakat.
“Bayangkan rakyat akan susah buat akun satu-satu untuk dapatkan pelayanan digital,” tutur dia.
Oleh karenan itu, Presiden Jokowi menugaskan masing-masing menteri koordinator (menko) untuk mengaudit hingga klasifikasi ratusan aplikasi yang tumpang tindih. Sehingga, seluruh aplikasi bisa terintegrasidalam layanan digital pemerintah yang terpadu.
“Misalnya Pak Menko Marves (Luhut) telah bergerak mengaudit tujuh kementerian di bawahnya dengan Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan. Ternyata ada ratusan aplikasi yang saling tumpah tindih. Maka tadi telah dilaporkan aplikasinya telah dikelompokkan dan nanti diintegrasikan,” jelas dia.
Presiden, kata Azwar, memberikan tenggat waktu hingga Oktober 2023 agar seluruh menko dapat mengintegrasikan seluruh apikasi kementerian dan lembaga di bawahnya.
Presiden Joko Widodo telah meminta kementerian dan lembaga pemerintah untuk berhenti membuat aplikasi digital baru.
Alasannya adalah karena pemerintah saat ini telah merancang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE).
Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi, Abdullah Azwar Anas menyampaikan bahwa masyarakat akan kesulitan jika harus membuat akun untuk setiap aplikasi pemerintah karena saat ini sudah ada sebanyak 27.000 aplikasi.
Jokowi telah menandatangani arsitektur SPBE nasional, dan sistem ini akan mengadopsi konsep digital public infrastructure (DPI). Konsep tersebut saat ini menjadi tren dan menjadi acuan beberapa negara, terutama terkait pembayaran, identitas digital, dan pertukaran data.
Anas juga menyebutkan bahwa Presiden Jokowi telah menugaskan masing-masing kementerian koordinator untuk mengaudit dan mengklasifikasikan ratusan aplikasi yang saling tumpang tindih.
Tujuannya adalah agar aplikasi-aplikasi ini dapat terintegrasi dengan layanan digital pemerintah. Proses ini diharapkan akan selesai pada Oktober 2023.
