Arusberita.id – Presiden Joko Widodo menegaskan bentuk nyata komitmen pemerintah untuk melakukan pembangunan secara merata hingga ke desa.
Presiden menyebut hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari dana desa yang telah tersalurkan untuk membangun desa-desa di seluruh Tanah Air.
“Jangan keliru ini saya beri tahu sampai saat ini sudah Rp539 triliun dana desa yang disalurkan ke desa-desa—Rp539 triliun, niku duit kathah sanget lo—uang gede banget lo,” ucap Presiden dalam pertemuannya bersama para kepala desa se-Kabupaten Banjarnegara, yang digelar di Desa Pagak, Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, pada Rabu, 3 Januari 2024.
Presiden menilai jumlah dana desa yang telah disalurkan sejak tahun 2015 itu bukanlah angka yang kecil jika dibandingkan dengan anggaran sejumlah pembangunan proyek lainnya.
Presiden memberi contoh dalam pembangunan bandara hingga bendungan yang memiliki anggaran yang jauh lebih sedikit dibanding dana desa.
“Airport niku gawe airport sedengan ngoten nggih itu Rp2 triliun. La niki berarti dadi kiro-kiro 250 airport gedhe. Bendungan niku Rp1 triliun, Rp1,5 triliun berarti dadi kira-kira 400 bendungan waduk kalau dijadikan artinya uang itu gede sekali,” jelasnya.
Lebih lanjut, mengenai pembangunan jalan, Presiden Jokowi menyampaikan bahwa pembangunan jalan desa sudah mencapai 350 ribu kilometer. Presiden menyebut jalan desa yang telah dibangun di seluruh Tanah Air jauh lebih panjang dibanding pembangunan jalan tol.
“Jalan tol enggak ada apa-apanya hanya 2040 kilometer, jalan desa 350 ribu kilometer karena kita memiliki 74.800 desa diseluruh tanah air ini. Kalau 1 desa saja 5 kilo, berarti kali 75 berarti sudah 350 ribu jalan desa,” imbuhnya.
Oleh karena itu, Kepala Negara berharap agar penggunaan dana desa ke depannya dapat digunakan dan dikelola untuk semakin memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat. Sebagai contoh, Presiden menyebut dalam membangun infrastruktur desa, seharusnya tidak membeli bahan-bahan bangunan dari luar daerahnya guna menjaga perputaran uang di desa.
“Oleh sebab itu sering saya ucapkan bolak-balik, beli batu batanya lokal di desa atau paling jauh di kecamatan, jangan diberi anggaran dana desa misalnya Rp1,5 miliar belonjone teng Jakarta. Ketok e luweh murah, tapi perputaran uang jadi berpindah dari desa ke Jakarta balik lagi uangnya,” jelasnya.
Oleh sebab itu, Presiden mengimbau agar kegiatan perekonomian di sebuah dasa dapat mendorong peredaran dan perputaran uang di wilayahnya masing-masing. “Biarkan uang itu beredar meskipun harganya sedikit lebih mahal tapi uangnya beredar di desa kita,” tandasnya.
Turut mendampingi Presiden antara lain Menteri Koordinator Bidang Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan Muhadjir Effendy, Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Basuki Hadimuljono, Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi Abdul Halim Iskandar, Menteri Pertanian Amran Sulaiman, Menteri Perhubungan Budi Karya Sumadi, Panglima TNI Jenderal Agus Subiyanto, Kepala Badan Pangan Nasional Arief Prasetyo Adi, Pj Gubernur Jawa Tengah Nana Sudjana, dan Pj Bupati Banjarnegara Tri Harso Widirahmanto.
