Arusberita.id – Presiden Prabowo Subianto secara resmi menyerahkan Daftar Isian Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DIPA) 2025 dan Buku Daftar Alokasi Transfer ke Daerah (TKD) Tahun 2025 di Istana Negara Jakarta, Selasa (10/12/2024).
Penyerahan DIPA dan TKD ini menjadi simbol dimulainya pelaksanaan APBN tahun 2025.
DIPA dan TKD diserahkan secara simbolis menggunakana DIPA Elektronik oleh Presiden Prabowo kepada para menteri dan gubernur se-Indonesia.
Presiden Prabowo menegaskan tekadnya untuk melaksanakan pembangunan nasional dalam rangka melanjutkan upaya transformasi menuju Indonesia Emas 2045 yang maju dan Makmur.
Mengawali pesannya, Presiden Prabowo mengingatkan jika kondisi geopolitik dan geoekonomi dunia berada dalam keadaan yang penuh ketidakpastian.
Kondisi itu diwarnai oleh ketegangan dan persaingan ketat negara-negara besar.
Hal ini akan menimbulkan perlambatan ekonomi dunia.
“Karena itu, kita patut waspada. Tapi patut juga bersyukur, karena kondisi negara kita hari ini berada dalam keadaan yang damai,” kata Presiden Prabowo dalam pertemuan yang dihadiri para Menteri Kabinet Merah Putih dan para Gubernur se-Indonesia itu.
Salah satu strategi yang akan dilakukan di masa kepemimpinannya adalah meningkatkan efisiensi, penghematan di semua bidang, dan mengurangi pemborosan.
Pemerintah harus bekerja keras untuk mengurangi kebocoran-kebocoran anggaran di semua tingkatan.
Presiden meminta agar para pemimpin daerah ikut bersama pemerintah pusat melawan korupsi demi kepentingan rakyat.
“Kita harus jamin setiap rupiah uang rakyat, sampai ke rakyat yang memerlukan. Kita tidak boleh lagi toleransi terhadap kebocoran, korupsi dan hal-hal yang tidak produktif mengatasi kesulitan masyarakat,” tegas Presiden Prabowo.
Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Kaltim Akmal Malik menyambut baik pesan Presiden Prabowo Subianto tersebut.
Apalagi, dengan peluncuran Katalog Elektronik Versi 6 yang akan lebih mendorong transparansi dan menekan korupsi.
“Tadi juga diluncurkan aplikasi Katalog Elektronik Versi 6. Dengan aplikasi itu, kita akan bisa lakukan efisiensi hingga 40 persen dari pengadaan barang dan jasa,” tegas Akmal.
