Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) terus memanaskan mesin politik untuk memenangkan pasangan calon Ganjar Pranowo-Taj Yasin Maimoen atau Gus Yasin. Salah satunya dengan upaya menggelar rapat koordinasi wilayah (Rakorwil) Dewan Pengurus Wilayah PPP Jawa Tengah.
Dalam Rakorwil tersebut, hadir Ketua Majelis Syariah PPP, Maimoen Zubair, dan calon Wakil Gubernur Jawa Tengah, Taj Yasin Maimoen.
Ketua Umum DPP PPP Muhammad Romahurmuziy atau Romi langsung hadir dalam membuka rapat koordinasi wilayah ini. Dalam kesempatan itu, ia menekankan akan terus bergerak melakukan konsolidasi.
“Kita instruksikan untuk terus konsolidasi pada tiga elemen dari struktural, kultural partai, dan ketiga elemen figur,” kata Romi dalam keterangannya, Senin 19 Februari 2018.
Bagi dia, terkait elemen kultural tak bisa dilepaskan PPP dengan dua organisasi massa yaitu Nahdlatul Ulama dan Muhammadiyah. Maka, kata Romi, penting untuk tim pemenangan serta pasangan calon untuk terus menjalin komunikasi dengan NU serta Muhammadiyah. Secara target, PPP ingin menyumbangkan 2,5 juta suara untuk pasangan Ganjar-Yasin.
