Arusberita.id – Lembaga survei Polling Institute menyampaikan bahwa sebanyak 77,1 persen dari 1.217 responden mengaku puas dengan kinerja Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi).
Polling Institute menyampaikan hal tersebut berdasarkan tren “approval” Presiden Jokowi dalam temuan survei nasional mengenai persepsi publik atas kinerja presiden, lembaga penegakan hukum, putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK), dan isu-isu terkini.
“Kami lihat memang sangat konsisten ya tren kepuasan terhadap approval kinerja Presiden Jokowi ini selalu di atas 70 persen selama hampir setengah tahun terakhir, dan ini cukup stabil,” kata Peneliti Utama Polling Institute Kennedy Muslim dalam rilis yang disiarkan secara daring dan disaksikan dari Jakarta, Rabu.
Ia mengatakan bahwa berdasarkan beberapa survei yang dilakukan sejak November 2023, tren kepuasan publik terhadap Jokowi selalu konsisten di atas 70 persen, termasuk pada masa Pemilu 2024. Sementara itu, lanjut dia, angka kepuasan pada masa pasca-pemilu juga tetap tinggi.
“Pasca-pemilu di rentang 77 hingga 78 persen berdasarkan survei telepon yang dilakukan Polling Institute,” jelasnya.
Lebih lanjut, ia menjelaskan bahwa alasan kepuasan publik terhadap Presiden Jokowi masih ditopang tiga alasan utama; yakni pembangunan infrastruktur 32,2 persen, kinerja yang bagus 22,5 persen, dan juga pemberian bantuan kepada rakyat kecil 20,9 persen.
Sementara itu, ia menyebut dua alasan ketidakpuasan publik adalah pemberian bantuan yang dianggap tidak merata 15,4 persen, dan harga kebutuhan pokok yang meningkat atau terjadinya inflasi 11 persen.
“Meskipun, ini kalau secara jumlah absolut masih jauh lebih kecil karena yang puas itu sekitar 77,1 persen, berarti yang tidak puas itu 21,5 persen,” ujarnya.
Sebelumnya, Polling Institute melakukan survei pada periode 27-30 April 2024 dengan metode pengambilan data dilakukan melalui telepon.
Target populasi survei tersebut adalah Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) yang berusia 17 tahun ke atas atau sudah menikah, dan memiliki telepon, yakni sekitar 83 persen dari total populasi nasional.
Sampel survei dipilih melalui metode random digit dialing (RDD) sebanyak 1.217 responden; terdiri dari 50,5 persen laki-laki, dan 49,5 persen perempuan. Sementara itu, toleransi kesalahan survei diperkirakan kurang lebih 2,9 persen dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen, dan asumsi simple random sampling.
