Arusberita.id – Hasil survei Center for Political Communication Studies (CPCS) menunjukkan sebanyak 81,6 persen responden merasa puas terhadap pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo dan Wakil Presiden Ma’ruf Amin.
Sementara itu, sebanyak 12 persen responden survei tersebut menyatakan sangat puas dan 69,6 persen menyatakan puas.
“Rekor kepuasan publik yang mencapai 81,6 persen menandai tingginya harapan publik akan keberlanjutan program Jokowi pasca-2024,” kata peneliti senior CPCS Hatta Binhudi dalam keterangannya di Jakarta, Senin.
Kemudian, tercatat 17,4 persen responden merasa tidak puas, termasuk 0,6 persen menyatakan tidak puas sama sekali, serta 1 persen menyatakan tidak tahu dan/atau tidak menjawab.
Hatta menilai kepuasan publik terus meningkat sejak awal tahun 2023 hingga menembus angka 80 persen pada survei CPCS Juni 2023 hingga mencatatkan rekor tinggi terbaru di survei terbaru. Tingginya tingkat kepuasan itu terjadi menjelang berakhirnya masa jabatan Presiden Jokowi untuk periode kedua.
Hal tersebut mengisyaratkan tingginya pula harapan publik terhadap keberlanjutan program setelah Jokowi tidak lagi menjabat. Publik menginginkan agar kepemimpinan nasional hasil Pemilu 2024 bisa terus melanjutkan pembangunan yang telah dirintis oleh Jokowi.
Menurut Hatta, wacana keberlanjutan program Jokowi tercermin dalam peta konstelasi menuju Pilpres 2024 dan koalisi partai-partai.
“Dua bakal capres yang dominan, yaitu Prabowo Subianto dan Ganjar Pranowo, merepresentasikan kuatnya harapan keberlanjutan,” jelasnya.
Elektabilitas Prabowo dan Ganjar kini saling bersaing memperebutkan posisi teratas dalam bursa capres jelang Pilpres 2024.
“Keduanya juga disokong oleh koalisi partai-partai dari pemerintah, yang dipimpin oleh dua partai utama penyokong pemerintah, yaitu PDI Perjuangan dan Partai Gerindra,” jelas Hatta.
Bakal calon presiden (capres) Anies Baswedan, yang paling kencang menyuarakan perubahan, selalu menempati peringkat ketiga dan mengalami tren penurunan elektabilitas.
Sementara itu, kata Hatta, dalam pidato Deklarasi Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar di Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Sabtu (2/9), Muhaimin secara terang-terangan menyatakan akan melanjutkan capaian program Jokowi.
“Tidak bisa disangkal lagi, keberlanjutan menjadi narasi utama dalam Pemilu 2024, sementara kubu perubahan yang hanya mendapatkan sedikit dukungan malah mengalami perpecahan,” ujar Hatta.
Untuk diketahui, pendaftaran bakal capres dan calon wakil presiden (cawapres) dijadwalkan pada 19 Oktober hingga 25 November 2023.
Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu (UU Pemilu), pasangan capres dan cawapres diusulkan oleh partai politik atau gabungan partai politik peserta pemilu yang memenuhi persyaratan perolehan kursi paling sedikit 20 persen dari jumlah kursi DPR atau memperoleh 25 persen dari suara sah secara nasional pada pemilu anggota DPR sebelumnya.
Saat ini, ada 575 kursi di parlemen, sehingga pasangan capres dan cawapres pada Pilpres 2024 harus memiliki dukungan minimal 115 kursi di DPR RI. Bisa juga pasangan calon diusung oleh parpol atau gabungan parpol peserta Pemilu 2019 dengan total perolehan suara sah minimal 34.992.703 suara.
