Arusberita.id – Survei Litbang Kompas memperlihatkan kepuasan publik terhadap pemerintahan yang dipimpin Presiden RI Joko Widodo-Ma’ruf Amin masih tinggi.
Berdasarkan survei Kompas pada Desember 2023, 73,5 persen responden menyatakan puas terhadap kinerja pemerintahan.
“Memasuki tahun keempat pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo pada periode kedua, tingkat kepuasan publik terhadap kinerja pemerintahan terbilang tinggi,” tulis Peneliti Litbang Kompas, Andreas Yoga Prasetyo di Harian Kompas, Rabu (13/12/2023).
Dari jejak pendapat ini, ada 26,5 persen responden yang menyatakan tidak puas. Namun, tingkat kepuasan ini sedikit turun dibandingkan dengan survei periode sebelumnya.
Andreas mengungkapkan, ada 74,3 persen publik yang puas terhadap kinerja pemerintah pada Agustus 2023.
“Tingginya kepuasan publik lebih banyak diungkapkan mereka yang tinggal di perdesaan, berlatar pendidikan rendah, serta dari kalangan kelas sosial menengah-bawah dan bawah,” ujar dia.
Dari sisi umur, mereka yang berusia 26-33 tahun atau generasi Y, usia di atas 42 tahun atau generasi X, dan generasi yang lebih tua (baby boomers) juga banyak menyatakan puas terhadap kinerja pemerintah.
Namun, dari sisi latar belakang pilihan politik, tingkat kepuasan terhadap kinerja pemerintah lebih banyak disuarakan oleh pendukung Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin.
Adapun survei periodik melalui wawancara tatap muka ini diselenggarakan Litbang Kompas pada 29 November sampai dengan 4 Desember 2023 dibiayai sepenuhnya oleh Harian Kompas.
Sebanyak 1.364 responden dipilih secara acak menggunakan metode pencuplikan sistematis bertingkat di 38 provinsi.
Menggunakan metode ini, pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen, margin of error penelitian ± 2,65 persen dalam kondisi penarikan sampel acak sederhana. Meskipun demikian, kesalahan di luar pemilihan sampel dimungkinkan terjadi.
