Arusberita.id – Politikus Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDI-P), Kapitra Ampera tidak terima pernyataan akademisi Rocky Gerung yang menuding Presiden Jokowi sebagai “bajingan tolol”. Kapitra menyebut, apa yang disampaikan Rocky bukan kritik tapi ujaran kebencian terhadap personal Jokowi. Karena itu, dia meminta polisi segera tangkap Rocky Gerung.
“Komunikasi dia (Rocky Gerung) sudah berbuah dari kominukasi ilmiah menjadi komunikasi premanisme. Dari komunikasi akademis menjadi komunikasi premanisme. Dia tidak lagi pakai standar akal sehat tapi akal busuk dan akal bulus,” ujar Kapitra kepada wartawan, Kamis (3/8/2023).
Menurut Kapitra, sebagai akademisi Rocky tidak sepantasnya menyerang personal Jokowi. Dan karena serangan yang seolah-orang sebagai bentuk kritik itu pula, Kapitra mengatakan bahwa Rocky sudah memenopoli kebenaran dan dipaksakan untuk diterima oleh orang lain.
“Sehingga ketika orang mengoreksi perilaku politiknya premanisme dia mencari jalan keluar secara akal bulus. Artinya perbuatan-perbuatan seperti ini justru menudai intelektualitas dan perubahan akademisi karena perubahan perilaku akademik perilaku yang konstruktif, komparatis sehingga kebenaran-kebenaran itu diuji bukan dipaksa. Rocky sudah memenopoli kebenaran, otoritarian kebenarannya sendiri yang dipaksakan kepada orang lain,” katanya.
Kapita menyebut Rocky menyerang kehormatan personal Jokowi. Hal ini dianggap Kapitra tidak pantas. Sebab, dalam kesempatan saat orasi di hadapan massa buruh Rocky, menurut Kapitra, dengan tegas menyebut nama Jokowi.
“Dan menyerang presiden itu adalah kebijakan-kebijakan tidak boleh menyebut nama, lembaga karena presiden itu lembaga. Kalau menyebut orang itu efeknya ke personal bisa digugat delik,” papar Kapitra.
Karena itu, Kapitra menegaskan bahwa Rocky Gerung harus diberi pelajaran agar tidak mengulangi perbuatannya di masa yang akan datang. Dengan pembelajaran itu, kata Kapitra, Rocky tidak mengulangi pemikiran liatnya yang diklaim dia sebagai akal sehat.
“Untuk itu Rocky perlu diberi pelajara biar dia tidak liar dalam ekperience pemikiran-pemikiran dia. Karena yang dia klaim sebagai akal sehat itu sebenarnya akal bulus dan akal busuk.
Kalau dalam filsafat itu disebut kenakalan berpikir. Orang intelektual tidak mengeluarkan perkataan-perkataan bajingan. Itu dulu dikenal dengan polemik kebudayaan. Di zaman Socrates, Plato dan Aristoteles,” paparnya.
“Itu ada delik, itu menyerang kehormatan orang. Dia tidak bisa pisahkan antara presiden dan personal. Dan terlihat betul kebencian dia kepada personal jokowi, bukan Jokowi sebagai presiden. Kalau menyebut orang bajiangan itu personal. Kalau badan tidak mungkin jadi bajingan. Bajingan itu manusia dan itu herus dikoreksi secara hukum,” tambahnya.
Kapitra kemudian mengatakan bahwa sudah benar Polda Mentro Jaya menerima laporan relawan Jokowi. Penyidik diminta tegas menuntaskan kasus Rocky Gerung yang dilaporkan relawan Jokowi tersebut.
“Dan pihak kepolisian harus tegas, tangkap segera Rocky Gerung karena akal sehatnya itu sebenarnya akal bulus, akal busuk dan akal-akalan. Bukan aka sehat.
“Ini sebagai sok terapi biar orang tidak menyalahgunakan atas nama demokrasi dan akademisi. Ini kejahatan di atas kejahatan,” pungkas Kapitra.
