Arusberita.id – Total alokasi anggaran untuk pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) di Kalimantan Timur selama periode 2022-2024 sudah mencapai Rp71,8 triliun.
“Total belanja IKN dari 2022 sampai 2024 di dalam APBN kita Rp71,8 triliun,” kata Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati saat konferensi pers APBN KITA EDISI MARET 2024 di Gedung Kementerian Keuangan, Jakarta, Senin (25/3/2024).
Menkeu mengungkapkan, pada 2022 Pemerintah mengalokasikan anggaran untuk pembangunan IKN sebesar Rp5,5 triliun. Sedangkan untuk 2023 sebesar Rp27 triliun.
“Di 2024, pemerintah mengalokasikan anggaran untuk IKN sebanyak Rp39,3 triliun. Dari alokasi 2024 tersebut, pemerintah mencatat realisasinya sebesar Rp2,3 triliun atau 5,8 persen dari pagu Rp39,3 triliun,” jelas Menkeu.
Ditambahkannya, realisasi anggaran IKN pada 2024 sebanyak Rp2,3 triliun terdiri dari realisasi klaster infrastruktur sebanyak Rp0,4 triliun dan klaster non infrastruktur sebanyak Rp1,9 triliun.
Klaster infrastruktur mencakup pembangunan gedung di kawasan Istana Negara, kawasan Kemenko dan kementerian lain serta gedung OIKN. Lalu, pembangunan tower rusun ASN dan hankam, rumah tapak menteri. Pembangunan Tol IKN, jalan dan jembatan IKN, dan bandara VVIP. Selanjutnya, ada penataan dan penyempurnaan kawasan Bendungan Sepaku Semoi, Embung KIPP, pengendalian banjir IKN. Serta, rehabilitasi hutan dan lahan sekitar IKN.
Klaster non infrastruktur seperti perencanaan, koordinasi dan penyiapan pemindahan. Lalu, promosi publikasi/sosialisasi IKN. Ada juga laporan dan rekomendasi kebijakan pada KL, kegiatan pemetaan, pemantauan dan evaluasi. Berikutnya, dukungan pengamanan Polri dan operasional OIKN.
