Arusberita.id – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) meyakini bahwa pemerintahan tidak terganggu jika nantinya para menteri Kabinet Indonesia Maju menjadi bakal calon presiden (capres) dan calon wakil presiden (cawapres) untuk Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) 2024.
Menurutnya, sistem birokrasi di Indonesia sudah mapan. Sehingga, jalannya pemerintahan tidak akan terganggu “Sistem birokrasi kita ini sudah mapan,” ujar Jokowi usai meninjau Gudang Bulog Dramaga, Kabupaten Bogor, Senin (11/9/2023).
Namun, Presiden menegaskan bahwa ada tiga hal yang perlu diperhatikan jika para menteri akan menjadi peserta pemilu.
Pertama, para menteri tersebut tidak perlu mengundurkan diri dari jabatan apabila aturan menyatakan tidak harus mengundurkan diri.
Kedua, para menteri dilarang menggunakan fasilitas negara. “Aturannya seperti apa, kalau aturannya tidak boleh (mundur), tidak usah mundur ya enggak apa-apa. Yang paling penting tidak menggunakan fasilitas negara,” kata Jokowi.
“Yang kedua, kalau kampanye cuti. Aturannya jelas,” ujarnya melanjutkan.
Untuk diketahui, saat ini menteri di Kabinet Indonesia Maju yang diusung menjadi menjadi bakal capres adalah Menteri Pertahanan (Menhan) Prabowo Subianto.
Prabowo yang juga merangkap sebagai Ketua Umum Partai Gerindra ini diusung oleh partainya, Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN), Partai Golkar, dan Partai Bulan Bintang (PBB) yang tergabung dalam Koalisi Indonesia Maju.
Selain itu, ada Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara Erick Thohir, Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Sandiaga Uno, Menko Polhukam Mahfud MD yang digadang-gadang akan diusung sebagai bakal cawapres.
Kemudian, Menteri Koordinator bidang Perekonomian yang juga Ketua Umum Partai Golkar Airlangga Hartarto hingga Menteri Koordinator bidang Pembinaan Manusia dan Kebudayaan Muhadjir Effendi yang juga disebut-sebut cocok sebagai bakal cawapres.
Sementara itu, KPU mengusukan masa pendaftaran untuk capres dan cawapres Pemilu 2024 maju menjadi 10 sampai 16 Oktober 2023.
