Arusberita.id – Presiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi) menyatakan bahwa penambahan hari libur cuti bersama dalam rangka Idul Adha 1444 H merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mendorong perekonomian daerah. Keputusan ini mendapat kritikan dari kalangan pengusaha karena dapat merugikan usaha mereka.
“Ya itu kan pertama, harinya memang memerlukan waktu yang lebih untuk mendorong perekonomian, utamanya di daerah agar lebih baik. Selain itu, bidang pariwisata lokal, jadi karena kita lihat bisa ya diputuskan,” kata Presiden di Bogor, dikutip Jumat (23/6/2023).
Untuk diketahui, sebelumnya pemerintah telah menetapkan tanggal 29 Juni 2023 sebagai hari libur nasional serta menambah hari libur cuti bersama pada tanggal 28 dan 30 Juni 2023. Keputusan tertuang dalam Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) Nomor 16 Tahun 2023 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Keputusan Presiden Nomor 24 Tahun 2022 tentang Cuti Bersama Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara Tahun 2023.
Dalam Keppres disebutkan bahwa hal tersebut dalam rangka meningkatkan keselamatan, keamanan, dan kelancaran mobilitas selama perayaan Idul Adha 1444 Hijriah. Selain itu, Cuti Idul Adha juga untuk memberikan kesempatan kebersamaan orang tua dengan anak pada saat libur sekolah, dan meningkatkan pariwisata guna mendorong perekonomian daerah.
Berikut daftar cuti bersama ASN tahun 2023 sesuai dengan Keppres 16/2023 tersebut:
– Senin, 23 Januari 2023, cuti bersama Tahun Baru Imlek 2574 Kongzili
– Kamis, 23 Maret 2023, cuti bersama Hari Suci Nyepi Tahun Baru Saka 1945
– Rabu, Kamis, Jumat, Senin, dan Selasa, 19, 20, 21, 24, dan 25 April 2023, cuti bersama Hari Raya ldulfitri 1444 Hijriah;
– Jumat, 2 Juni 2023, cuti bersama Hari Raya Waisak
– Rabu dan Jumat, 28 dan 30 Juni 2023, cuti bersama Hari Raya Iduladha 1444 Hijriah
– Selasa, 26 Desember 2023, cuti bersama Hari Raya Natal.
“Keputusan Presiden ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan,” bunyi Keppres 16/2023 yang ditandatangani Presiden Jokowi pada tanggal 22 Juni tersebut.
Selain Keppres, Pemerintah juga menerbitkan Pemerintah perubahan hari libur nasional dan cuti bersama tahun 2023. Kesepakatan tersebut tertuang dalam Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) Menteri Agama (Menag), Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Menaker), Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Menteri PANRB) Nomor 624 Tahun 2023, Nomor 2 Tahun 2023, Nomor 2 Tahun 2023 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Keputusan Bersama Menag, Menaker, Menteri PANRB Nomor 1066 Tahun 2022, Nomor 3 Tahun 2022, Nomor 3 Tahun 2022 tentang Hari Libur Nasional dan Cuti Bersama Tahun 2023.
“Dalam rangka meningkatkan mobilitas masyarakat, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pariwisata serta memberikan kesempatan kebersamaan anak dengan orang tua pada saat liburan sekolah pada Hari Raya Iduladha Tahun 2023, maka perlu dilakukan perubahan terhadap cuti bersama tahun 2023,” disebutkan dalam SKB tersebut.
